Centrally located and easy to get to.

Motel was centrally located, lots of food places for meals. Back off the road, so didn't hear the road traffic.

Outside is looking a bit rundown. No internal lock in the room.

The staff were amazing. They rang to check in and make sure we settled in okay and we're great upon entering and exiting. The place was very tidy and it was a great stay. Very comfortable too and nice.

Could be a little cheaper but for the price it is nice and worth it still!

The wifi why do you have to pay wifi when staying at motel and paying the price for staying and including paying $10 for wifi unfair not good hated that. Plus including the $100 for bond you did not mention that when booked this accommodation or i would have canceled before checking yous out plus no microwave no knives and forks to cut fruit and someone taken our parking when outside the room we paid for. Not coming back ever again plus telling all my family & friends not to go to your accommodation plus I don't know when I'm getting my $100 back plus I paid heaps for staying there no more.

Good stay overall, just what we needed for our event we attended

Stayed the night here, booked 2 rooms(adjoining) which I asked for afterwards and was not a problem at all. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Aircon in one room wasn’t working properly and had some water leaking but still cooler than being outside

Short stay and eating out fine.

Location was good. Check in and out was efficient. Receptionist on the last day of check out was lovely. The goodhouse restaurant and bar is nice. Meal prices 28 dollars and up.

Miscommunication about breakfast. I had asked that if my mother and grand aunt wanted breakfast to charge it to my cc on record. When they went for breakfast they were told they didn't pay. In embarrassment my mum went to buy cereal. They then had to buy bowels spoons knifes and forks because the room had none. The room had no rubbish bin so my mum bought rubbish bags and used a paper bag. Only had the bathroom sink so she bought a plastic bowl to wash there dishes. The toaster microwave and paper utensils were held at reception which we found out about on the second night. Room was not cleaned daily but people came in and asked mum where the coffee cups were. I took them for a meeting and returned them on the same day. 15 dollars each for basic cereals and toast seems a little steep pak n sav is just down the road. See photos attached.

Great location and good value if you are attending something at Trusts Arena

Location was great because it was close to Trust Arena where I went to a concert. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to public transport and restaurants.

It would have been good to have a USB socket in the room or at least be able to borrow a USB plug at reception. Luckily I still have enough power on my portable power bank.

Comfortable stay and quick drive to Costco 😊

First time staying here. Great location close to supermarket and plenty of food and restaurants options. The room was very comfortable had everything we needed for the two night stay. Had self service laundry (additional cost - $4 per wash and dry). Only 10-15min drive to Costco in Westgate.
