Very clean, staff were lovely and welcoming. Apartment was awesome and had everything we needed. Would def recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we need to stay nearby. Parking was fantastic too, even had our name on car park which was super cool

The dishwasher was disgusting. Even the outside was visibly dirty. We didn’t use any kitchen appliances. Only used dishes and cutlery for our breakfast.

Modern and fresh with everything you need

The apartment was super clean, modern and fresh with all the facilities needed for a weekend stay. During our stay it rained so it was very handy having a washer and dryer so we didn't have to travel home with wet clothes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything if you decided to eat in or cook. Overall a very lovely place to stay.

Not really a bad thing but just something to be aware of is that the accomodation has limited reception hours over the weekend and car parking is limited if you don't book ahead you have to chance it with on street parking.

I liked the amenities that were free. the WiFi was a little slow at times but still for unlimited WiFi it has it's perks. as for the location it was good it was close to everything that i needed and was good value.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. They allowed us late check in and late check out, which was lovely.

TV did not work, very noisy, and emails were sent to an email address that their system had picked up, not the one I had booked through so late check in instructions were not received prior, however it was easy enough to get into the building once we contacted the on-call manager.

Moderate stay and pricing - helpful location!

Great, friendly staff. Easy to get to and from this hotel. It was close to Trusts Arena for the concert we were seeing with bus stops close by for getting to/from Auckland. Most amenities included in the room. Wireless charger clock was a nice touch. Bedding was comfortable with extra pillows available.

The room layout was quite odd, with a small kitchen table in a dark recess into the wall by the door. No lighting above it. The washing machine in the bathroom had a rusted edge on it which looked cheap/dated. The view out the window was of a roof and alleyway.

There was a time I called the duty manager regarding the after hours door not locking and the alarm going off in the reception area when I arrived back to the apartments and she said she was too far from the location and hung up on me so I did find that very unsafe and it didnt seem like the duty manager cared

Very enjoyable, comfortable, clean, well appointed and convenient.

I liked the full kitchen and laundry facilities and the provision of a pen and small pad. Also the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I paid for parking and was pleased I did so. It removed a lot of potential stress. The after hours entry and lockbox system worked well.

Connecting doors between rooms needed hooks on walls to keep open, moving between rooms was difficult. Kitchen faucet in main room was extremely loose and floor was sticky to walk on
