Loved being on the second floor certainly better than the ground floor. So modern and just beautiful.
There was nothing we loved the place . Only problem was going through the front door the amount of smokers .

Rooms were sufficient and clean.
Nice and quiet
Location good if needing to be in West Auckland otherwise quite a distance from CBD etc.
Good for price.
*Cost of car parking $25pn. Expensive. Thank goodness for off street parking.
*Leaky shower.
*Mattress alot hard
*Sofa/couch seats broken. Sat in the hollows of the chairs.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower great. Lounge very restful.
The dishwasher was disgusting. Even the outside was visibly dirty. We didn’t use any kitchen appliances. Only used dishes and cutlery for our breakfast.
