upon check in my room was not the one i booked thru agoda and i want happy with what i was given but the lovely lady at reception went above and beyond to move me to the room i booked excellent service and outstanding customer care from front office staff they are wonderful

Nice motel, helpful staff. Only one small issue. Pulled out bedside cabinets to plug in chargers and lots of dust...rest of room was clean...just need to pull out and clean behind. not just clean around. Bed very very comfy, no road noise, great shower and plenty of shampoo, tea and coffee. Was very 😁 with stay and would definitely book again. Would have been 5 stars if no dust.

I’ve stayed here 3-4 times over the last 6 months and have throughly enjoyed my stay
The staff are excellent and very accommodating with room choices etc
Close to all amenities and very handy to the motorway

The location is quite convenient with ample parking available, making it easy to explore the area. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, which was disappointing. The facilities offered are decent but could use some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it's a place that has potential but needs some improvements to truly shine.
