Some I’m guessing emergency housing people there, blocking our car in, being loud at very early hours, pool was empty and unkempt grounds. Meant to stay two nights. Stayed one and left. Said was deluxe suite, missed the deluxe part

The location suited us perfectly. The staff were lovely, and extremely helpful.

The pool was not operational, which was a key reason for booking the hotel, other than the location. The kitchen utensils and plates were ok, but the pots and pans were old, slightly rusted, and not safe to use. The photos on the website do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. There was no air conditioning,

Wouldn’t recommend to others

Location worked out well for us and they were accommodating for a late check in.

First impressions is that the property was not like the photos. It was really run down and appeared to have emergency accomodation there. When we left in the morning, there were young kids riding scooters and playing around vehicles in the carpark, including a young baby crawling underneath our Ute. When we arrived, the room was hot and only had 1 fan for two sleeping areas. Room was dirty, we found an empty wine bottle, RTD can, dirty glass and AirPods under the bed in the lounge, there were also cracks in the walls.

The location was useful and good for where I needed to go

It is advertised that there is a private outdoor pool for use which is the main reason of choosing this place. However when arriving to the property ,we have found that the pool was empty and not useable. Not very happy for that.

Our stay was ok but our room missed the finer points

Room was tidy and looked recently painted.

The net curtains in the lounge and 2nd bedtoom were partly hanging off, the light in the main bedroom didn't work and the TV had no sound, this was corrected by the receptionist. The advert on booking.com showed a swimming pool full of water but the pool,was empty.

Terribly place

Pictures don’t match online. Not very clean and bed is very uncomfortable. Pool is broken the ad is completely different to what u get. Receptionist is rude.

The beds were clean and the staff friendly. It is very central and easy to find.

We chose it because it had a pool but there was no water in it. The carpet and couch were stained. Needs some updating. Photos on the website don't match reality.

Cheaper accommodation, and you do get what you pay for.

It is an older motel, and it's facilities are not the latest or greatest, but you don't pay as much for it as you do other places. It is easy to get around when based there, Wi-fi was acceptable, and it was quiet (actually stayed Monday through to Thursday nights). Water pressure for showering was good. I was originally worried that it may be cold, but found an extra blanket that made all the difference.

TV was pretty ordinary, and was quite a small screen. Reception wasn't consistent, and it was difficult to watch at times. Not the most comfortable of beds, and only 2 pillows, so not much to choose from if you have definite preferences!

Convenient for our situation, reasonably priced.

Two separate rooms as well as a kitchen. Good bathroom and great shower.

Had to unblock the basin due to clogged hair. No movies on TV. Thin curtains on doors let in too much light. Booked it for the promotional photo with lovely pool. Reality was not the same- tired building and pool growing grass, not used for a longtime I’d say.
