Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bright well equipped bathroom with a good shower.
Requested a second chair which was delivered immediately.
Good internet and plenty of parking, some undercover.
Pleasant, helpful staff.
Is advertised as a motel but apart from 2 basic sets of cutlery and crockery the only other items are a can opener and a tea-towel. There is a microwave - emphasis on the micro, and a mini kettle. The fridge is a small bar fridge, not really suitable for a motel. The room is spacious with lots of room for more furniture like a dining table, comfortable chairs and a full size fridge (oddly the rooms in the older building do have full size fridges) so overall a bit bare.

Checked in during the evening with my 6yo son and had a lovely staff member check us in and assist us with our bags to the lift.
Security is great.
Room was huge.
Decor lovely.
Furniture and appliances in great condition. Smart TV appreciated.
Room was tidied every day yet I hardly saw any staff around.
Not that I wear make-up, though sunscreen purchased on my trip was incidentally tinted, I found the make up face cloth to be a clever addition.
I ended up using this as a dish cloth on this occasion though.
Lack of hooks to hang up towels etc.
This could be easily achieved at the back of the bathroom door or on the wall feature.
There was minimal cutlery.
A sharp knife and scissors would be helpful as well as a dish cloth, brush and detergent.
These were provided in our previous hotel on the same budget.
We stayed for 3 nights and these are things that are handy when using a kitchenette.
There was a strange smell to the bathroom and I had to continually fill the toilet cistern.
I noticed that the shower plug was loose and discovered black hair in there so may have not been attended to before our stay.
Although it was nice to get new towels during our stay, for the sake of the environment it was not necessary to change ours daily.

Overall, we had an excellent second stay. Handy location, clean rooms, great security. Lift was working this time which was great for our luggage. Wonderful long mirror provided in the room which met our special request - thank you!
Hot water took some time to come through, so showered at another time. A second key card would be great. A dishcloth and toaster would be helpful.
