Incredibly clean and quiet option, we enjoyed our stay here. Parking was very convenient underneath with a lift up to our room. Outlook very pleasant out towards the trees. While the motel is a little dated, everything was in good working order and very comfortable.

Friendly, lovely staff. The cleaner does an immaculate job. Rooms were well maintained. Facility is safe, secure and easy driving to local eateries, beach and the mall.

I had a corner room that was light and bright. The room had everything one needs for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and there were excellent parking options. Proximity to a range of amenities and the motorway. I highly recommend the Albany Rosedale Motel.

I phoned at 8.30 and said it would be close and was told to ring the same number when we arrived and someone would come to check us in. Unfortunately no one answered the number when i rang on arrival at 9.06. Luckily the building was open and another late guest was waiting. There was a different number to ring on the front desk. He had already called it 2 minutes after 9. About 15 mins later someone came and the check in itself was quick and efficient. Then this morning I asked for a tax reciept. I was told and given one MINUS the booking site comission the motel pays, not what I paid for the room. Is that actually legal?? I haad no idea what Hotels.com got as a cut for my using their website. Perhaps they should advertise it. Otherwise the night was fine.
