The booking in was fine with friendly staff member. The property is in a handy location, and the carparking was good. The interior was in need of a renovation I felt, with a large gap under the main door so keeping the room warm meant the running of a very noisy heating system.

I have booked and paid a Studio having a Queen bed and a single bed. But when I finished check in, I took the key of room 25 and went to the room 25, I found the room was a small room with just one bed! It's late night around 11pm, the receptionist has been gone.

There is moss growing in between the tiles in the bathroom - the bed and the rest of the room was fine but the bathroom needs a really good clean and disinfectant if you are not going to get the grout between the tiles removed and reapplied. The location suited us very well and the staff were helpful.

Great value and location. Staff member at check in was really friendly and helpful. Wifi didn't give me a strong enough signal in the room to work. Room was a bit tired, could do with some maintenance. There was a weird heavy metal headboard type decoration screwed to the wall but only on one side, told staff about it as looks like it could fall off on to someone with only one side fixed. But good value and adequate, i eould stay here again

Property is well located close to a mall and lots of food outlets. There are plenty of carparks available. The room itself is spacious, the shower has great pressure and the bed is very comfortable. The property is showing signs of its age, and would do great with a revamp.

Stay quite cheap but you get what you pay for. Room was serviceable but was missing dishwashing liquids until prompted. It also had a plunger for coffeee but no plunger coffee grinds (just instant). The room also had a bit of an odour. Fine for what we paid but they could make the stay a bit more comfortable with only a small amount of extra effort

The location was great and perfect for my purposes. Plenty of food options available and activities available at the Megacentre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were changed daily, however on the last two days I did not receive a face cloth or kitchen cloth. The linen was all good and the bed was comfortable. The decor, inside and out is drab and outdated and obviously relative to the age of the building. Being a weekend it was a bit noisy at night but manageable. I would stay again if going to Auckland for the same purpose as this trip.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, clean with a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet with great soundproofing between rooms Parking right outside the rooms would be very handy for those with disabilities. Seemed very handy to shops and cafes although we didn't have time for these on this occasion.

I arrived quite late that day, and the owner contacted me twice to ensure I could be taken care of outside their regular working hours. The check-in experience was fantastic, and I will definitely return in the future.
