The dirtiest hostel i stayed in!
I had a very disappointing experience at Metro Adventurer Backpackers. First of all, the rooms are extremely dirty. It honestly feels like proper cleaning just isn’t a priority here. The floors, common areas, and overall condition of the rooms were not up to even basic hostel standards. The beds were also incredibly uncomfortable. You can literally feel every single spring in the mattress, which made it very difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. After long travel days, the last thing you want is a bed that leaves you more tired than when you lay down. Another thing that really affected the atmosphere is that there seem to be many older individuals living there permanently. It doesn’t feel like a backpacker hostel at all — it feels more like an elderly retirement home. This completely changes the vibe and makes it hard to connect with other travelers. On top of that, some of the staff have a very rude attitude. Not all of them, but enough to make interactions uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. There are definitely better options available.

Cheap and okay for one night
Close to bus station.
Noisy and a little run down. No staff on late entry or much instructions for which bed to take in a dorm. Dorms all pretty messy and chaotic. Kitchen areas a bit messy and chaotic too.

A great hostel.
Friendly and helpful staff. There are 2 kitchens. Half a block from Skytower. Bedroom has black out curtains and bathroom inside the room. Very clean, spacious ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen needs some updating like fresh coat of paint. Looks like people staying long term storing food on shelves with little space for other people.

If you plan to stay for one night its okay
In the room was no window which you could open. There was AC but as dedicated machine which was unable to cool the room down.

Disgusting standard of cleanliness. Don't stay here.
It's a central location but not a very nice area.
The private room we had was disgusting. It was literally an old broken bed with stained sheets in a dirty, stained, dusty room. We had never stayed somewhere so unpleasant. It had a pinned up towel as a curtain... We stayed one night as it was late and then left. The staff refused to give us a refund for the unused nights. There are large gaps under the doors so it's very loud all night.

Overall, I will say it's bad experience and that's the reason I checked out one week early.
I didn't anything with metro adventures
My trolley was stolen from reception and staff didn't even bother to check it out. They give values and good communication only to Girls who look pretty

Good overall
The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything you need, which really makes a difference. The hostel is clean and well maintained, with two fully equipped kitchens and plenty of fridge space, making it easy to store and prepare food.
The only downside, from a backpacker’s point of view, is that some rooms are shared with long-term guests and older residents.stays in the same rooms, and messy, which affects the backpacker vibe. If long-term guests and 60+ residents were placed in separate room categories, this hostel would be close to perfect. 👌🏻

It was great
The staff was the best, the facilities are very good and I loved the vibe
The beds are a little soft but it's not too bad
