Had a fantastic time spent with the family would definitely go back to this property

Cottage was in a fab location, it had everything we needed and more.

Only complaint was the sofa bed which was in need of replacing

Perfect base for family fun and birthday celebrations

It was big enough to host our family with perfectly proportioned communal rooms beds were comfortable everyone had their own spaces and bathrooms l. Location was great we could walk into Windermere and was a short drive to one of our favourite walks Loughrigg Fell.

Fantastic large house

Large house suitable for our large diverse family needs, bathroom in each bedroom was perfect, loads of room and comfort downstairs, in a fantastic location with a doable walk to windermere town centre.

Getting in and out of driveway was tricky on to main road but this was mainly due to bank holiday traffic.

very comfortable with plenty of space for a large party and dogs

The location was great, very close to Windermere and Bowness on Windermere as well as all the lakes near by. the cottage could comfortably accommodate 10 people with four bedrooms all ensuite, two living rooms a large dining room and conservatory. there was also a lovely garden with BBQ facilities. there is also off road parking for up to four cars

It is on the main road which is very busy and noisy but the property had excellent double glazing so you could not hear it inside the house

fantastic for larger group

comfortable and spacious beds comfortable suited our family group

would have liked a coffee pot and would suggest a barrier to stop the dogs going up the stairs. Cooking was a challenge , the oven is large but cooks uneven and meat needed longer than anticipated. our crumble was burnt on the top and raw inside
