Great location. Cosy apartment had everything we needed. Easy to check in and felt safe and secure. Parking space always a plus.
Bit dusty in the lampshades.
Washing machine needs a good clean found someone’s old lighter jammed in the rubber of the wheel.
Kettle needed descaling which I did myself would be better I say for them to do this before guests stay.

Incredible property was short of nothing . Huge apt in a brilliant location supermarket across the road short walk to restaurants bars etc, the beds were very comfortable hostess brilliant waited to greet us at property and took us through everything the apt Aldo has a very handy lift I will definitely return
Nothing do fault here only issue on leaving day we had to leave apt for 10 I think that is a little early for a property you go want to leave so no time to make breakfast last day .

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential at the end of lord st , Off road parking was an added bonus. A real home from home. Beautiful apartment, very tasteful and elegant, with comfortable furniture and a good comfy beds . The kitchen was well equipped and as described, with upstairs with two bedrooms one with ensuite & the other with a second bathroom , cannot fault this apartment, more like a house than apartment, with upstairs to bedrooms 👍

We stayed a couple of nights at The Shelbourne. Everything was perfect, the apartment was amazing and very clean. We couldn't have asked for more. Dave made us feel welcome letting us park a bit earlier than check in as we had arrived early. We will certainly be back.

Struggled to find any negatives, other than slightly lingering smell in second bedroom but this did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay

I loved how the decor of the apartment it was so comfy it was like a home from home type of accommodation plus it was well equipped so you didn’t need to buy or take anything with you apart from food and your luggage. I’ve stayed here before and it was such a lovely stay this time round again.

The apartment was lovely and much nicer than I expected. It was big, clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need and even the things you dont think about. The beds were comfortable too. A little garden out back that was enclosed for the dog too. Private off street parking was apprecaited and very handy. Walking distance to Victoria Park where we were working for the weekend. Each room had it's own en-suite which is good when your sharing with work collegues. I look forward to rebooking again next year.

From the moment we took the booking the communication with Dave with fantastic in fact we need to change the booking and he could not have been more accommodating. The property was immaculate with parking and location is perfect.

The property was very central to Southport, very clean, everything you needed was in the apartment. Very well equipped and to a high standard. Very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating, and great beds. We had the penthouse and the lift took you straight into the apartment which was a nice touch and helped when taking baggage to and from the apartment. Dave was the perfect host, very friendly and informative about the area. An absolute gentleman. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended if you are staying in Southport or as we did for Aintree.

Good location and short walking distance to Lird Street and the sea front Lovely accommodation with spacious sitting room and kitchen. Well equipped and lovely and warm. Onsite parking very near to the front door of our apartment.
Traffic noise all day long from 6am in the morning into the early hours of the next day. It’s on the corner of two busy roads. Ear plugs definitely helped.

The location was excellent - it was in walking distance of the town centre and Morrisons was just across the road. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all facilities you would expect. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent. I can't fault them.
