Slight struggle with code on arrival, quick message to the host who was kind and friendly add this was rectified. Much easier than having to wait for someone 4to come and let you in or collect keys etc.

Absolutely nothing! It was gorgeous! Beautifully crafted, big and open and everything you would need was there. They left soaps, fairy, oil, dish washer tablets, soap powder for the washer, we stayed for 2 nights and if we stayed longer it would of been ideal to be able to wash our clothes duqe to being down near the beach. Very well thought out and all the ltttle extra touches were excellent.

Very contemporary and great use of space.

The location is very good in terms of access to Southport but it’s in a bit of a run down area. Very dark in the kitchen area and second bedroom.

I highly recommend The Eden Warehouse.

We felt at home. Really comfortable with all that we needed and everything nice and clean. Great location at a walking distance from all the shops. The whole family enjoyed the games provided. Louise was immediately available when we wanted any kind of assistance, even days after we had left the property. 😊

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Though a corkscrew would come in handy. 😉 Or maybe we just couldn't find it. 😄

Host was able to answer any questions that we have before arrival. We stayed with teenage children and they absolutely loved it. Had a great stay and will look to use them again.

Looks as good as the photos!

It was so comfortable and beautiful, lots of space. Nice beds, big bath. Easy access. Quiet despite there being a pub around the corner. Amazing heating. Great cooking facilities. The shower in the en suite was really luxurious. The arcade machines made it feel special. It was really close to the Marine Lake and beach, plenty of shops and supermarkets. We loved it and will be back again.

If you plan to cook you need to bring your own oil/salt/pepper just so you know. And the kitchen is a little dark in the evening. The door to the big bathroom (by the entrance) was quite hard to close, you have to push quite hard and then it makes a loud slam. Neither of these were real issues though and had no real impact on our stay.

Southport stunner 😁

We were blown away with the Gold apartment. We went for my husband's birthday and it was everything you could wish for, spotlessly clean, modern, central location, comfy beds and lovely and warm. We will definitely be booking again!

All in all a relaxing comfortable stay out of season

We liked that the kids had a place to hang out and play , we liked the night time lighting and space

en-suite shower could do with small towel holder , shower also wets whole bathroom and seeps into woodwork and door . Double bed is close to door and frame is black extruding below mattress and caught shins several times . Lighting is also dim for cooking and prep , and kettle /toaster positioning is less convenient, none of these take away the amazing stay just little niggles of mine and also kind tweaks that could be considered.

Good quality warehouse conversion close to town

Well proportioned rooms, largely clean and tidy apartment, good sized TV, WiFi was good, the arcade games room was a bonus and it was nice to have a welcome basket . Having access to an enclosed garage was also really useful so close to town.

Only having a monsoon shower in the ensuite rather than having the option for a hand held shower too was a little awkward to avoid getting hair wet. The stick on towel hook in the ensuite was broken and there was no other place to hang towels in the ensuite and the sink too small to place toiletries. The mattress and bedding felt oddly cheap given that the warehouse conversion was of a good quality.

Amazing Stay

Everything! was absolutely faultless. Stayed over Christmas. Was the best move we have made. So comfortable and relaxing. Kids loved the games room. The host Louise was fantastic, in constant contact with all information we needed. Very happy and we will definitely be staying again during 2023.

Fantastic stay

Spotless, great specification, quality fixtures and fittings. Great to have secure parking onsite. The apartment was easy to find, and in a fantastic location for all Southport's attractions. The retro arcade games were a nice touch.

Nothing about the apartment gave us reason to complain. Highly recommended.

Fab Fab Fab

Just back from an amazing 3 night stay in the Gold apartment @ The Eden Warehouse. We had a Fab stay, facilities were excellent, keyless entry worked really well. Host was very responsive during our stay to any questions we had (on email - prompt reply), EV car charger easy to work so set us up for a great holiday. Kids (13,15,17) told us it was one of the nicest places they had ever stayed (and that is some complement from teenagers). Southport is a beautiful town, great restaurants and take away (Recommend the Empire Chinese around the corner - it was delish). We used Southport as a base to travel to Liverpool (Magical Mystery tour, Anfield, Crosby Beach) and Blackpool (Pleasure Beach & Illuminations). Southport was very conveniently located between the two, and it was so nice to come back to such quality accommodation at the end of the day.

Amazing apartment

Absolutely stunning apartment finished to a very high standard. Comfortable beds, quiet and all home comforts provided. Nice touch with the welcome basket and the coffee pods. Kids adored the mezzanine level with the retro arcade games bean bags and cargo net to lie on. 2 bathrooms, good showers and fluffy towels. Apartment is in a perfect spot just one row back from the promenade. We loved it cant wait to return.

location not the best for seaside...google makes believe its a seaside with sand and sea but this location you have marshland and sea may come in once a day. it has very good shopping area and we went tenpin bowling too but drove to Formby for playing at seaside with toddler.
