The house was extremely clean and supplied everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal, with just a short walk into the village of Birkdale and a bit of a longer walk into Southport.

Location was very good being just 4 mins drive from centre of Southport and just 6 miles from the excellent beach at Formby (dog friendly). Beds were comfy and property was spacious and quiet even though Birkdale rail station was at the end of the road. Dog friendly fully enclosed garden although a little small.
The two settees in the lounge area were very low down and not as comfortable as we would have liked as we both suffer from arthritis and back problems. . We did mention to John that a few more cleaning implements would have been welcome eg sweeping brush, A welcome pack would have been appreciated, but didn't affect us too much as we had shopped before getting to the property, perhaps an updated version of things to do could be included in the information pack. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Spring Close.

Good location. Very quiet area. Garden was good for our dogs.
Purely personal choice and did not spoil our holiday but a TV in the bedroom would be good. Also bedside table in the main bedroom would be beneficial.

Location is really good
It’s ok for a weekend , we stayed for 3 weeks and space & storage in the bedrooms was problematic .
