Faultless, could not dislike anything.

Excellent place to stay, host was ready to greet us at the door - and extra keys were provided as 3 different persons working at different times of day in Southport. Ideal location for both town and seafront. Apartment was great - everything we could possibly need for a short stay was provided. If you have a van or large vehicle the entrance can be a little tight, as propertry was built when cars were smaller - but the street next to the apartment has no double yellows. Highly recommended.

Large apartment, Great parking space, clean and comfy apartment, The kitchen has everything you would need if you wanted to cook yourself, 15 minute walk into town. We would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Very nice host.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location away from town with views over the marine lake and the beach. (What sunsets!!) Plenty spacious enough for four adults with a good sized well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with picture windows. Comfortable beds. Nice bed linen. Lots of towels provided. Very easy to communicate with the owners and the property manager. Delightful people! Good reliable WiFi. Easy parking on site. Garden with picnic tables.

There was a vacuum cleaner but it would have been useful to have some cleaning products and a dustpan and brush to keep the kitchen clean.

Excellent view over the marine lake towards the sea from the 1st floor apartment, and very comfortable beds & furniture.

Would have liked a dishwasher, and smart TV rather than ordinary TV - but these are minor negatives (the TV was large screen, which was good)

Lovely big bright rooms, plenty of space and very clean. Good location and just what we hoped for.

Found it a little tricky to work the heating and as a result it was a little hot at times but I suspect a little more time spent by us or a quick call and it would have been sorted by Roy so no complaint really!

We’ve had a lovely stay at this property. The flat was really nice, clean and well equipped with anything you might need. There was a beautiful view of the Marine Lake from the living room window. The host was super friendly and very kind. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and book in the future! Thank you for everything :)
