Excellent property, excellent location and excellent value.
This is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The fittings, fixtures and furniture are all of excellent quality and the decor is very tasteful and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. Excellent location with on site parking, all in all a great stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or to stay here again.

Really enjoyable weekend getaway base! ☺️
Close to everything. Nice and warm. Quite modern and stylish. The shower was lovely. Private entrance, well lit. Parking is good. Everything you might need for a weekend break provided. Little extras such as tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are nice touch and toiletries, too. The sheets were good quality and well laundered. Fluffy robes were delightful. VERY clean. WiFi is excellent, and rooms have ample sockets. Telly was modern with Netflix option, etc. There are plenty of glasses and cups and items to wash up/dry with. Large fridge space. Large dining table. Good communication and information. Host contacted by WhatsApp well in advance with essential details.
Bit tatty here and there ( behind bedroom door and in bathroom, bedroom furniture) but nothing major. The couch, although pretty and plenty of room, was very low and rather hard/uncomfortable, but that may be a personal preference. Very echo-ey! (Perhaps some soft furnishings needed to absorb noise/echoes?) Cutlery needs replacing. It was mismatched and cheap looking. One bedroom had a stale cigarette smell. Beds need anti-slip feet - nearly had an accident! Tatty "rules" sign on living room wall - unnecessary and spoiled the nice decor. Stair railings need repairing at ground level. (Not yet unsafe but could be soon as coming away from wall).

We had a lovely time in this attractive apartment, only stayed 2 nights but verything we needed there.
The property was very close to Lord Street, where there were bars, restaurants and shops. Also near to promenade. Free parking. Easy check-in/out. Host responded to email questions quickly and helpfully. Apartment heating g was easy to regulate, warm and cosy. Attractive decoration.
Nothing really…. Hand towels not great and floor looked clean but when wiped after a spill, it wasn’t actually clean.

Good value for what we got. Large main room with sofa and telly. Things were easy to use but there were little instruction pamphlets to help. Location was close to centre but on a very quiet road. Would definitely recommend if wanting somewhere for a number of nights. Shower was good and roomy. Bedroom was decent with another telly in there. Heating was sufficient. Communication with host was simple and efficient.

Great, comfortable place to say, would happily stay there again.
This is a great place to stay when visiting Southport. Ideal location, 2 minute walk from Lord Street. Very well equipped, if you're wanting to cook, spacious large lounge and all rooms tastefully decorated - even had a lovely Christmas tree. It was very cosy with a good heating and controllable system. Also plenty supplies of coffee, tea, milk sachets and shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. Also a number of off road parking spaces, which is a real boon. And good lighting, especially the option of an outside light, we we used in apartment 7, when returning after dark. And very good online communication with the host, who responded quickly to any questions.
Not a dislike as such, but the car park spaces at the back are accessed by a passageway that was ok going in but a bit tight getting out, so you need to take your time and if you have a very wide vehicle you might be better on the parking at the front.
