Wonderful stay with exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough. it was lovey
The property was lovely and in a great location. It was warm and welcoming and has everything you need. The owner/host was fabulous and went out of there way to help. We had an unexpected family bereavement and Tifferny went out of her way to help us and it made such a difference.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but just as a little recommendation some throws in the lounge as it was a little drafty by the windows and a proper broom to sweep up as I had to bend down with the dust pan and brush

Very comfortable, spacious and coneniently located!
The size and layout of the apartment, the decor, light environment and lovely shower.
Some of the cups and mugs were not very clean and the freezer needs de-icing.

location amazing, comfort fab, whole place spotless. great communciation.
Wifi wasn't amazing. Unsure if this was an us problem though! If I'm being really really picky, it would be great to have access to a vacuum cleaner when there's children staying so that we can clean up - I'm being really really picky here! We absolutely loved it!

Didn't like the new bedding. Having stayed multiple times over the last few years we agree that new bedding was needed but were disappointed with the fabric content chosen.
