There wasn't anything I didn't like but just as a little recommendation some throws in the lounge as it was a little drafty by the windows and a proper broom to sweep up as I had to bend down with the dust pan and brush

Very comfortable, spacious and coneniently located!

The size and layout of the apartment, the decor, light environment and lovely shower.

Some of the cups and mugs were not very clean and the freezer needs de-icing.

Wifi wasn't amazing. Unsure if this was an us problem though! If I'm being really really picky, it would be great to have access to a vacuum cleaner when there's children staying so that we can clean up - I'm being really really picky here! We absolutely loved it!

Overall a lovely place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Overall the apartment was superb, everything you could ask for was there. The Location was excellent, lovely view and very central for the bars and restaurants. Only a few minor maint points which I am sure will be addressed and it shouldn't detract form the overall positive rating and experience. This place is well worth the stay.

The three and two seater settees were not very comfortable to sit on and the Mattresses on the beds were not the best. The leg on the small table in the main room needed screwing back together. The extremely large shower head coupled with low water pressure resulted in a poor water flow from the shower. Fitting a smaller shower head and / or adding a power shower pump to boost the flow would help.

Loved our stay here so much - perfect

We couldn’t have picked a better placed property in terms of proximity to absolutely everything you’d want to explore. We were maybe 5-7 minute walk from the station which was great as we ventured into Liverpool on one day. The recommendations for food were spot on particularly the swan fish and chips. The property itself is beautiful and such a lovely space to relax after a long days out. Really impressed.

Very well equipped, great location, generous open plan living area adjacent to kitchen, shower!

Second bathroom would be a plus for larger groups. Cotton sheets (just a personal preference!)

Great trip before Christmas

Kitchen/diner was great, really nice space. The coffee machine was a nice addition however we ran out after 2 days. Filtered water would have been another great touch as none of us drink normal tap water because of the taste.

The bedrooms were really nice, would have been great if there was an option for 3 doubles. One of the single beds had a side broken when we arrived so it just sank to the floor, but not the end of the world. Didn’t find the bed very comfortable

Stunning property in a perfect location

We've stayed here a few times and love it every time we come. Perfect location right on the Promenade. Parking space is very useful. The rooms are large with lovely furnishings. The host is an excellent communicator and has been very helpful when we've needed some help in the past. The new coffee machine is a nice touch and much appreciated. The internet connection is much better now than it was in the past.

One of the beds in the twin room is noticeably creaky.

Beautiful apartment and amazing host who went above and beyond!

This apartment is really something special! I was looking for somewhere for myself and my bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding, and as this was going to include where we would be getting ready in the morning, it needed to be spacious and comfortable (and somewhere that would look good for the photos!). The apartment ticked all those boxes and in person it is exactly how it looks on the listing. I really want to thank the owner Louise who could not have done more to help and made this part of the wedding planning so easy. She went above and beyond from answering my many questions about things like parking for the hair and make up artists, to providing an ice bucket for the champagne on the morning of, to recommending somewhere for Sunday brunch. She even helped with other guests’ accommodation as they booked her other property! Thank you so much!! Overall, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable beds, modern appliances (the plug sockets that pop out of the kitchen island were a godsend for all the hair curlers/straighteners etc!), amazing location in Southport with a great view, very clean, and parking is a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here!
