Fantastic stay.

Everything about the house was good. Love the little details and touches. and the birthday decorations. Really appreciated the cards as well. Overall, I had the best xmas ever in that house. Close to everything. North pier is defo the best pier after pleasure beach.

No.broom, not enough pot to cook when you would mostly have groups booking foe thus property so it was a tiny minus as it was xmas.

An enjoyable weekend stay in spacious accommodation for the whole family.

The house was very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. There was a lot of equipment in the kitchen. Spacious clean bathrooms and three toilets was a bonus.

Despite there being lots of equipment and cutlery in the kitchen there were only 6 mugs and there could have been at least 10 adults. A washing up sponge and/or J cloths would have been helpful. There were only 8 towels but 9 guests, generally each person is allocated a hand and bath towel. The house and bathrooms were very clean but there were a lot of 'bits' on the rug and floor of the front room. There also appeared to be a few unfinished work jobs around the property.

Fabulous weekend

The house was very spacious for four friends . Very close to all amenities . Free parking outside house with the parking permit . Simon , the owner was very helpful with a couple of issues and was with us within 30 minutes .

Could do with a bit of TLC but that didn’t spoil our stay and would stay again .

Perfect location, the street itself was extremely run down but suppose that can’t be helped

The property itself was surface clean however further look into it a LOT of work needs doing, floorboards missing on top floor bedroom, window in dining room unable To be opened, all bins full on arrival, empty beer bottles in garden floor not hovered or cleaned, bedroom with on suite door frame hanging off

Handy location. Enjoyed our stay.

Large apartment, comfy beds. Great for our families which were staying. Lovely neighbours, one of which et us borrow her parking pass. There was also enough room for one car in the back garden.

The house had a stale/damp smell so we bought air freshers for rooms, it could have been cleaner. The area behind the house was very run down, lots of buckets overflowing.

Pleasant enough for the price, but it certainly doesn't warrant the description "stunning".

The bedrooms were good, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped.

The house from the outside needs to be smartened up as this is the first impression. The small front courtyard had bits of old wood, things used for painting in it, and didn't give us much confidence in the property. We actually thought we were in the wrong place as it looked so awful. Then we were confused as there was an old broken keysafe on the front door, which said Flat 2. As it was dark it was then quite difficult to locate and use the actual keysafe on the wall. All in all we didn't have much hope for a nice place before we entered! The sofa bed which we needed to use was broken and dirty and was in the dining room, not the lounge. It would have been very difficult to use it as to pull it out we would have had to completely move the table and chairs. In addition, every time someone wanted to go into the kitchen or downstairs toilet, they would have had to crawl over the bed! Plus it had no mattress, so we couldn't use it and two people not from the same family ended up having to share a bed. The property needed some smartening up to qualify as "stunning" as in the title description. Much of the skirting was badly chipped; a drawer in the unit in the dining room was broken; the sofas were well past their prime and gave the impression of being dirty; the bath in the main bathroom was marked and again gave the impression of being dirty. It was all somewhat "tired" looking.

Great stay

House was perfect for us. 5 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet downstairs. Large living room with TV, dining area and great kitchen with all the facilities you'd need. Car space in front of house (parking permit is provided - you just need to remember to put it on display in the car) Towels provided, toilet paper, even some milk in the fridge for us when we arrived. Asked a few questions to the owners regarding the property, payments, etc, and received quick replies from them, so communication with owners was perfect. We all loved it and would definitely return. House is in a great location, approximately minutes walk to the Tower.

Nothing, although if families stayed the backyard could do with a little work. A tidy up and a table and chairs to sit out side for example.

Amazing 3 night stay for family of 11

The property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was like home from home. All 5 of the rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the house. Beds were a good size and comfortable. All 3 bathrooms were clean. There was 11 of us 8 adults and 3 children so being close to the beach and Tower was a bonus. Neighbours were nice and offered us an extra parking permit. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be returning.

Coming home ☹️ Only 1 thing - The back gate needs replaced as it's pretty old and damaged, but it didn't exactly ruin our holiday!!!

Great location ideal for family groups

Huge well appointed property, very clean. It was ideal for the family and the young children. It was ideally suited in a great location to get to all the attractions.

The outside could do with a little TLC. If the weather would have been nice it would have been nice to sit outside but it wasn't an issue for our stay. Also the yard gate was on its last legs. However this was not a game changer and we wouldn't definitely stop again

Not the holiday we had long awaited or expected

It was a good size, I can imagine at one stage this was a nice new and clean property inside.

No washing machine, broken glass, broken fixtures, not very clean, bad area. Loud music, drunks, drugs. My suggestion would be the owners give this property a real deep clean, either remove washing machine from the listing or have one fitted. Tumble dry the towels and bedding. Inspect the property between hand overs. Do not say you have additional parking when there isn't. Living room door hanging off its hinges not safe, all chairs missing screws and bolts, not safe. Clean and weed the front. Replace the front and back doors. This is a minimum that needs doing here. Blinds broken, plaster falling off the walls, I can't share all the images in this review, and it isn't meant to damage their reputation, its simply to advise before you book here know what your getting. The other reviews are not accurate. We spent £50 on cleaning products on arrival, we all had to buy additional clothing as no washing machine, there was 1 tea bag and yes a small bottle of milk but otherwise we had to clean every cupboard, every surface before use. A whole can of Febreeze was needed. I could go on and on, but I would advise you to stay in the South of Blackpool.

A great family holiday rental in better condition than many places in Blackpool

A lovely, well equipped spacious property. It felt like home and had good facilities throughout. it was spacious and renovated to a high standard. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for family entertaining.

Not through any fault of the owners, but area surrounding the property could have been better/nicer. We had no issues at all, but on first impression the surrounding homes didn’t give a good impression. The location itself was central and great.

Well situated for the beach, and the piers, comfy beds, and enough room for us, 12 as a big family ranged from 8 to 70!

No washer, brush, or cleaning equipment, just a hoover really, sand etc getting everywhere!.! Back area could do with a tidy-up and some furniture?..for a family we needed more storage for clothes etc, and not much space to hang wet towels, we managed, but I personally think it's more for couples, stag or hen do's , for a few days maybe...

Worthy of the previous good reviews.

Fantastic house, perfect size for a large group. We were 4 adults and 6 children ages 6-13, but would easily work if it was all adults as the beds were all at least normal double size. A fresh bottle of milk was left in the fridge, along with tea and coffee too - it seemed everything had been considered and (what we needed anyway) had been catered for. The bedding was clean and fresh, with mattress and pillow protectors too. Host messaged to make sure everything was OK on our arrival.

If anything, the outside of the house didn't look as modern and welcoming as the inside. But, that really wasn't an issue for us.

Mice in kitchen

The location was good as stated. The house was clean and very tidy. Parking was fine. Over all its a lovely place. I just have some dislikes.

We had mice running round the kitchen, we found mouse droppings in the cupboard under the sink, we had no heating or hot water for 24 hours and in January, it was very very cold. The settee's need to be renewed. I have pics of mice droppings.
