Great location, lovely apartment, will be even better with repairs
Great location. Owner easily contactable and replied quickly when contacted.
Needs some maintenance which I would hope would be competed asap. Rainwater dripping from roof into lounge and damp in bedroom from leaking roof. Essentials need keeping an eye on, enough glasses, remote control, welcome book, to make sure they are replaced when lost / broken.

No cups spoke to Paul who said he would sort and get back to me but has not. Shower pole in ensuite needs to be sorted falls out of holder. It would be improved with a mirror in the ensuite and some sort of hanging rail in the ensuite bedroom.

Generally one night stay was fine.
Property was very clean. Central to shops.
The ensuite shower has no slip mat. When the shower height is adjusted the pole comes away from the wall. Distinct smell of damp on ground floor. Living room ceiling had recent roof leak still under repair. Notification of the ongoing repairs were not mentioned until after payment taken.

This apartment was everything we wanted, needed and more. Great location, loads of shops for essentials, places to eat and drink. So close to the beach, not even a 5 minute walk. 10-15 minute drive into Blackpool, 10-15 minutes drive to Fleetwood training ground. Close enough to buses and trams that you won't need to use the car at all. Reasonable parking around about as well if you do take the car. Staff were incredible, answered all my questions almost instantly and fixed the minor issue we had on arrival in minutes. Polite, and happy to hear from us.

Keys pickup was very easy , excellent location , very clean and spacious , nothing was left out
Cant fault this apartment from the location to cleanliness and we was even allowed to stay for a late checkout for an additional fee so we could enjoy a full day without rushing to leave , the host was very helpful easy to communicate with , we are even thinking of going back later this year , everything you need is in this apartment nothing was left out , and it’s even pet friendly which was a bonus hence why we booked in the first place thanks again we really enjoyed our stay
