Best stay in Blackpool Ive ever had.

Dewsbury House was lovely, the owners Elaine and Nick couldnt be more helpful. There was nothing i didnt have in the room, from iron to hairdryer, coffee to scissors, everything you could need was provided. The room was clean, beautiful and really felt home from home. Easy walk into town and if you cant walk far like me, the parking on site made it easy to jump in your car and drive nearer to where you needed to go. Seafront was at the end of the road one way and station was at the other end.

Home from home

Beautiful studio apartment, like a home from home. Thoughtful touches like milk and water in the fridge, pod coffee machine. Super double walk in shower which is greatly appreciated. Elaine is a love host and nothing was too much trouble. Free car parking space outside is a plus.

Warm and welcoming.

Warm welcome from the host. Studio flat was amazing. Could happily have moved in. Will definitely be my first choice when returning to Blackpool.

Our stay was relaxing, comfortable and felt like home.

Elaine, our host, was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay extra special. The apartments were spacious, very clean, and provided what we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. We were comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

We loved everything, it was very clean and comfortable, well equipped, also everything thing you need to make a cuppa before you unpack. Elaine has thought of everything so you just unpack and get on with your holiday.

The room was spacious and quite neat. We were handed the keys, given a pamphlet with instructions on wi-fi etc and left to ourselves. Our host was quite welcoming and willing to answer questions asked or offer assistance if needed.

A cosy, good value place to stay within easy reach of everywhere that I wanted to go.

Great location - just a short walk to the promenade, to local shops and pubs or to the city itself. Fresh milk and bottled water provided in the fridge on arrival!

The lighting was a little dim - maybe an issue on a gloomy winter's day - but was fine for me!

Excellent accommodation of high standards and comfort

Close to busy area but far enough away at the same time not to be disturbed. Everything which you could need is provided in the room for a short stay. Room of adequate size to relax comfortably. Will most definitely stay here again.

Minor cleanliness and maintenance issues but nothing of significance. Dust on lamp fittings and areas around the fire place, some touching in of paint required in some areas (this is being uber critical though and should not be seen as a major negative, just feedback for the hosts).

Great Comfy stay...Host 😊 was so Nice... Not far away from Pier Beach Bars cafes etc...

Was self catering....I do like as you choose when to eat and what....would be nice to have, maybe a few bits you could buy...Food ...Snacks don't mean cooked food.... few different sandwiches, just an Idea ...

I know weekends are noisy, an People who are returning back, from the bars, Don't realise how loud, they get and it happens everywhere ... Just odd bit of noise, otherwise fine! 🤗❣️

Perfect Location. Tram Station Nearby. Very Warm and Very Comfortably Quiet.

The second time we have stayed. So why would we have any negatives ! Perfect location to explore Blackpool. But mostly further North on a cheap return ticket on Trams to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Private Parking Sells

Room felt cold 1st two days as only one radiator was working then on morning of leaving room was too hot as other radiator was working. Shower didn't have good water pressure.

As always room 3 is a gem of a room. A real home from home with extra touches that make it stand out. Bottled water, fresh milk, coffee pods and tea bags. Elaine goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the room.
