J's Place

Very spacious and in a good location. Didn’t really use the kitchen or the dining area but it was very nice. Lovely decor.

Apartment not very inviting from the outside. Did not like the bathroom, the bath is far too big for size of room it felt too crammed.

Good location and very clean

Outside doesn't look appealing

It was lovely and modern, the bath was amazing and the decor in general is lovely.

It’s a lovely flat unfortunately the building it’s in lets it down which is no fault to the owner. The flat itself has beautiful interior and they’ve made such good use of the space! The smart televisions in the living room and kitchen were an amazing touch as the kids loved being able to watch YouTube and Netflix while in at nighttime or first thing in the morning. Also have WiFi was an added benefit, and was close to the promenade and tram stop so was good for getting into the centre and south.

Unfortunately the water never heated enough to get the bath tub full, and after using the jets on the first night there was a lot of floating things left afterwords (maybe from previous renters using it and not cleaning it). Mattress on the double bed bunk bed was too soft but that’s a personal preference nothing to fault the owners.
