Not great, but OK for 1 night stay

Reasonably central location

Not a very clean and pleasant area to stay. The family room was tiny so would only recommend for very young children although its at the top of the house via a thin staircase so not ideal.

There was nothing to dislike for the price - it was a very pleasant place to stay considering what we paid for the room.

Location was good

Cleanliness needs improving, there was dog biscuits on the carpet and dirt around the taps. Stains on the wardrobe and the bedding was dirty.

It was central location.Annemarie was lovely and friendly. I think the room we had was far too small for double. It was ok but not the cleanest bedding was all stained as didn’t smell fresh

The size of room to small for double.bed wasn’t very fresh the ceiling in shower was ready to fall in didn’t look safe at all no proper mirror for female to get ready make up & hair. The mirror was high up over the sink in the bedroom only 1 bedside table so couldn’t make tea or coffee to relax with. Ok for overnight as you’re always out in Blackpool.

Very pleasant stay at Bella vista 🌷

Very bright clean and airy room, good size and shower room good size, condiments, and top ups available, close to all amenities, coral island, beach few minutes walk, car parking 🅿️ across the road, dog friendly, all good 😊

Haven’t to climb up two sets of stairs with my dog whom can’t climb stairs due to his bad legs, by all means this is not the owners fault, I should of enquired firstly, know for next time to have lower floor, 😊

Blackpool’s best guesthouse - quality .

Excellent central location with parking very close by. Cannot fault the hotel stay-or improve it in any way. So clean,orderly, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were brilliant and room was spacious. Many breakfast options in close proximity ,but very reasonable option for room service upon request . Highly recommended -it will be our absolute first choice for our next stay in Blackpool .

Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Great value for money for the king room. All the essentials were there. Even bottles of Scottish water were a thoughtful addition. Plenty of wooden hangers I was able to use. I was left a number to contact the owner if I required anything else. There wasn't a single issue which in my book means a perfect stay.

The outside is very welcoming and well kept. Owners were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The hallway and stairs were clean and well kept with some great artwork and plenty of leaflets and local information available. Our room was really clean and had everything and more you need for your stay.It was a really warm and cosy room. Great central location but also quiet as well. Plenty of nearby car parks.

Great value

Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s dance competition in Blackpool Tower. Excellent location and the person who greeted us (sorry I didn’t catch if it was Paul or Robert) was lovely and welcoming. Clean room with everything we needed and tea etc restocked every day. Comfy bed! Close to Central car park where parking was easy and good value. Will definitely rebook for future dance comps!

Not related to the property but we did get woken by some inconsiderate loud guests at about 2am!
