We booked the room specifically because it was listed as having air conditioning and this was during a heatwave. We were shown two rooms where the air conditioning didn't work. We then asked to cancel the booking. We were told that the only way to do with was to contact Agoda. However, this wasn't possible, as the hotel had checked us in and not cancelled the booking. After having an hour of our time wasted by the hotel, we booked another hotel and stayed there. It's 5 days later and the hotel is ignoring any attempts by Agoda to contact them to confirm the cancellation.
Apart from the above major inconvenience, the hotel appeared to be in the middle of major renovation, the standard of cleaning was poor and the bedding was stained.

Room was okay and shower and bathroom says they do breakfast on bookin but they domt when i asked apparantley you have tk let them know kn advance
