Avoid at all costs

Only the location

There is a stark difference in the actual place then the one advertised online. The sofa and carpet were extremely dirty. The kitchen hob had a thick layer of rust coming off. There was no shower screen in both of the bathrooms, but only a curtain. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and of poor quality. The bathroom flush was not working and water was coming out continuously.

Christmas getaway

Location. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped but a pair of tongs and a potato masher would of been useful..

Shower temperature temperament and the other shower the pole was not fitted well, so didn't use. Noisy upstair people, night before coming home, kid running about making my bedroom light rattle., so sleepless night. Not very clean, hairs on window ledge, brown stain around hand basin in bathroom. Trip hazard between bedroom to bathroom, no carpet gripper. Curtain come off rail in living room.

Sofa bed in lounge bowed couldn't sit on it had to use dinning chairs to watch TV .. could do with TV in bedroom .. but other wise great stay bit tight getting around the bed to get to loo

Cold apartment in the cold months only 1 small radiator In bedroom could’ve done with a couple of spare ones for the rest of the apartment and the heater on in the bedroom was controlled somewhere else and was only on but so long so it was quite cold bathroom needs to be looked at for the mold

Overall, this property was the worst I’ve ever been to.

Nothing at all. No value for money.

Everything. The property was dirty and we had to wait in one of the rooms while the hurriedly cleaned the room we booked. No heater in the lounge and the sofa was uncomfortable.

Good location close to sea front. Not far from car park.

Shower was hanging off wall. Sofa was very worn and dirty. Matress in main bedroom very soft not ideal if you have a back condition.

Close to the pleasure beach

Dirty, crockery wasn’t washed, carpets dirty, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom. We were told he was going to finish cleaning this wasn’t done. We were due to check in at 3.30 check in time is 3pm at 2.30pm the manager Curtis rang me and said the rooms not ready, he said by 3.30 it will be ready it still wasn’t really at 3.40pm. The sofa bed was not made up, he just gave me a cover then said do you need a bottom sheet? Umm of course we do! The property is very dated and the walls need cleaning, the bathroom wasn’t clean, water all over the floor and the manager said he would go back in to clean this wasn’t done. The next morning we found tidy items in the oven. This was reported and still wasn’t rectified. The only thing have decent was a parking space but the lane had lots of smashed glass on the floor. Also 10/15 minute walk to the beach Unfortunately I can only upload 4 images

It was a good experience.

The place is good in terms of proximity to all services and the beach since I took my family and the worker there was very nice but there was no Wi-Fi but everything is good

Good location. Comfortable

Curtain and rail missing in living room. Was told it would be replaced that day but never was . Not good as I was sleeping on bed settee . No basics like dish cloth, tea towel or toilet brush. Toilet seat did not fit toilet so no use for the children. Not enough parking for number of rooms

Looks good from the photos but they are deceiving

Liked how close it was to the main attractions, the manager Curtis was great he was patient when we went to him when a problem occurred, he even swapped us room after the shower doors fell off.

The place was dirty, shower doors fell off, rubbish under the bed, holes in the wall, uncomfortable sofa/bed uncomfortable bed. Broken chairs, no cord on the kitchen blind to open or close it. In need of some money being spent to update things.

Amazing!

Where to start. I have no words absolutely amazing place to stay makes you feel like your home from home. Curtis is an amazing host made you feel welcomed when you first arrive always there if you need something. The rooms were ideal for a short stay I highly recommend staying at Bridle lodge apartments worth the price. Id definitely be booking their again next year. It's worth is as you have the pleasure Beach and sandcastle waterpark right at your door step. Highly recommend the waterpark if you wanting fun! Thank you Curtis, Nichole and Sonia

Overpriced, dirty uncomfortable, and dated

The room was dirty and dated. In fact the whole place was dirty and in a state of disrepair. The so called sofa bed was like trying to sleep on a plank of wood. I had to buy an inflatable to sleep on. We also had to clean the room before our break could start. I would not return to this accommodation. And really have no idea how it could recieve a positive review. Unless all the other rooms have actually been cleaned and updated and ours has not

Good place for a weekend getaway

Under new management, the manager Curtis was very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The location was very good as it was close enough to the south pier but not too close to worry about noise. The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean and very spacious

Great place, good facilities

A great apartment vicinity to attractions was great. Fixtures and fittings were good plenty of space. Car parking was a bonus, The apartment overall was great and only knocked points down for the neighbour issues

Got cold quickly on a night, appreciated the electric radiators(2degrees outside) Noisy neighbours, sounded like knocking on our flat door and someone up and downstairs in the night having drunken arguments.

Disappointing

Location was great. Layout was good (1 bedroom + 2 bathrooms). Property was clean to high standard.

Beds were very poor (bunks swayed, sofa bed mattress was ultra thin, double bed also not comfy). Bedding was not provided for sofa bed (we were staying as family of 5). Left message on voicemail of onsite host however my call was not returned, and no bedding left.

the location was good

the room was very poor. my parents were unable to comfortably walk around the bed to get to the bath room. the kitchen was unkempt and the oven was dirty. I contacted the owners to get a very poor response!

Young family were locked outside of the apartment with nobody answering for almost 2 hours until it became dark. Numbers advertised were incorrect. Only able to get access when supported by another b&b owner
