Blackpool Abode - Hornby Apartments

Property was clean Garden area was a great spot to chill in the evening

Curtains over the blinds in the sitting room would have aided a better nights sleep.

Was close by to town centre. Very clean and spacious.

Had a small issue with the WiFi but they resolve it as soon as they could.

Everything on your doorstep, Close beside the town /shops & attractions, brilliant that we could bring our dogs & would definitely stay again 😎

The apartment is in a great location, as in walking distance to the town center. Parking on site, spacious. And a bonus that you can bring your dog,You can see the Tower from the window lit up with the illuminations which was nice.

Struggled to get in the apartment when we arrived we were booked for two nights but due to my son being unwell we only managed to do the one night, on the booking it said we were in apartment 69, but we couldn't gain entry so I had to ring the host and after a bit of confusion with arrival times and a very bad phone signal we were told we were actually in apartment 67. The apartment is ok, needs a bit of a refresh and lick of paint, lots of marks on the walls skirting boards and door ways, and for october the heating was only set at 9 and controlled by the host so not very warm. My son woke up freezing in the morning, not great when he has already been ill. Some of the pillows need replacing i stripped the bedding before I left to help out the cleaning staff, and most the pillows are yellow stained, not nice to see that you have had your head laid on that all night. Didn't use the shower or the cooking facilities so couldn't say what they are like, but if you expect customers to leave the apartment in a decent state and empty all the bins, it maybe worth supplying with some bin bags and cleaning equipment. Luckily we were only in for the one night.
