Lovely little cosy cottage, parking right outside and quiet location on an equestrian centre. Met by the host who showed us how everything including the hot tub works, and introduced us to the friendly doggies who came to greet us! Accomodation was simple but had everything we needed and Steve had set a lovely coal firing going which was so welcoming to arrive to. Bunk beds had an adjustable bed guard already in place which was an absolute bonus as we usually have to bring our own everywhere for our young son. The main double bedroom had an electric blanket too, bliss! Both bedrooms had lots of hanging space for clothes and the Wifi/Internet was really reliable.
We did jump in the hot tub one night which was much needed relaxation to start our mini break. Bathroom is lovely with a great shower and plenty of towels although we took our own for the hot tub as well. On the last day we realised there was a washer and dryer in the dining room cupboard too.
It's a quick drive to Cleveleys front, nice parade of shops and nearby takeaways and about 20mins into Blackpool.
We visit the area regularly so we'll definitely be looking to book here again, it was perfect for us!
A towel radiator would be a huge bonus in the bathroom.
