Franks Apt 4 - Roof Terrace - Sleeps 6

For us the location was excellent, but be aware it is right in town and if its a weekend you'll definitely have music and noise outside till around 4 am but we were in bed by 1am and managed to sleep through it, we were fully aware of location so this isn't a complaint its if your a light sleeper and don't want noise I wouldn't recommend it. The flat itself was a great size clean and had enough essentials for us for the weekend. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again

the stairs lol but that's just cos we're lazy but for a top floor flat we were prepared. I really can't complain about anything apart from the once or twice I caught my head on ceiling but again a roof top apartment and me not paying attention in the corners where the roof sloped.

Very central to everything on the promenade. Comfy beds and 3 toilets was a bonus! Great view from rooftop terrace which also allowed air flow as it was very hot! Very spacious too which was great.

As this was a central location it was quite noisy at night but earplugs did the job at cancelling out the noise. This was only in the bedroom facing the street! It was also very warm inside and we couldn’t have the bedroom window open for air flow due to the noise! There is no washing machine so you have to take all of your dirty laundry home with you!

Our stay was amazing here! Such a good location and amazing facilities and place was so homely and great.

The only thing that I would change is that we only had 1 set of keys for 4 people so it was a bit hard to manage if we were all out at separate times

Kitchen & Bathrooms were nice & Beds comfortable Lounge & Bedrooms very basic, no Drawers for clothes, Sofa’s & Dining Chairs very shabby, no Bins in Bedrooms or Bathroom !

Noise was horrendous till gone 4am got hardly any sleep. Stairs were a challenge, cold at night & unable to put heating on , only 2 hand towels & very small at that , lots of flies every time door to balcony got opened !
