The apartment was decorated to a high standard and very clean. Bed very comfortable. Good location, about a half hour walk to north pier. Tram stop a five minute walk.
The bathroom floor is an accident waiting to happen if you have a shower or bath. We had to put towels down to avoid slipping.
Coffee machine but no coffee pods provided.

Lacks little touches like toiletries.

The property was clean, modern, spacious, and had almost anything someone could need. The property managers were quick and helpful.
The marble bathrooms had no real way to remove moisture, so after a shower, the entire bathroom was soaked top to bottom. Needs better venting.
Also, check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am is basically stealing 2 hours of traditional time at the property. We were lucky the room was cleaned and ready an hour earlier so we were able to get in with our baggage, but a 10am check-out is barely enough time to wake up, breakfast, and pack, before you're being hoisted out the door. Standard times are 3pm check-in and 11am check-out, and we really felt the pressure of the check-out.
