A wonderful venue for a family stay

The property was home from home, well equipped, warm (on a very cold evening), amazingly comfortable beds, clear instructions and lots of communication from the owner - very responsive and polite. Car park opposite at the football ground which you can cut through the road opposite to in less than five mins. Nearby shops but short walk to the front. Lots of room, well equipped for multiple families. Loved it.

Struggled to get the TV working but that’s because we’re all rubbish with technology!

Almost perfect!

Good location Flat quirky and very spacious - 3 bedrooms with ensuites across 2 floors. First floor has livingroom, large kitchen, 1 bedroom and toilet. 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms with ensuites. Facilities and decor very modern Easy entry with self check in key box Good communication

Shower on first floor had a drainage issue - we couldn't use it some of our stay as the downstairs apartment was getting flooded. Owner fixed this next day though. Main issue was the noise monitor. 5 adults TALKING in the kitchen without music and l got a text saying we were too loud! Made us uneasy for the whole stay as were worried about talking too loud. Flat is across 2 floors (first floor and second floor - ground floor is a different apartment) so lots of steep narrow stairs if anyone has mobility issues

The location was good, and it was well equipped

The third bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair in the sink and shower. If the door to the apartment opened out it would be easier to get in with luggage etc. The entrance is also very dark so when coming down the stairs to come out you can’t see where you are going.

Huge spotless beautiful apartment on two levels, really lovely!

Massive apartment with high quality fixtures and fittings, especially in the THREE bathrooms. Loads of space, there were five of us (two adults with an 11 year old, two teenagers and a small dog, three of us had full sized beds to ourselves so there's plenty of room to accommodate another three more people. Everywhere was immaculate and the location was brilliant set back from all the racket but within an easy few minutes walk from the seafront and promenade. Fantastic value for money, l'd definitely stay here again, it'd be my first pick!

Great find

The flat was huge, lots of space, many beds to choose from, ideal for 3 friends with a bedroom each and en suite.

The area was pretty choice, house next door had broken windows etc. The instructions to get into the property were not clear, we tried several times to open the key lock outside with the incorrect code. Should state open front door with code, key box is on the inside. Took us about half an hour to get in.

Good value for money but with quite a few issues

Large spacious property with en-suite bathrooms. Great location.

No heating. Had to make a call to request heating if you needed it. Very limited hot water to shower with. Not enough towels provided. The accommodation was not properly cleaned and due to a pungent smelling mop the whole place smelled extremely bad until we moved the mop outside the property.

Really disappointed as it was my birthday weekend and was looking forward to staying in this (what looked to be) lovely

It was decorated really nicely, and had nice furniture. If it was kept clean it would be a lovely home.

It was so so dirty. Firstly, when you walk in, it stinks of chip fat (there’s a takeaway next door). we couldn’t walk on the floor without our shoes on. The floor was so grimy and sticky. There were coffee stains all over the sides, which obviously meant they hadn’t even given it a wipe down before we came. The microwave was COVERED in grease. Lastly, and more importantly, the beds were not stripped and made new!!! One of our guests could smell perfume on his pillow, one could smell smoke. All of us lifted the quilt back and found hairs and dirt in our beds. All of us had to sleep on our clothes or towels to even get any sleep, with the thought of the beds not being washed. We honestly aren’t normally clean freaks and if it was just a bit of dust I wouldn’t mind (I’ve never left a review before!), but this place was filthy.

There was no toilet paper in the toliets, flush for bathroom upstairs is not working. The heating didnt work for the night. we were with two babies and both got cold on the morning.

Lovely spacious apartment !

Apartment was lovely ! Spotlessly clean , well equipped, lovely comfy beds and each bedroom had its own spacious toilet / shower . Kitchen was lovely with table and chairs for us all and everything we needed. . Location was good between central and south Piers.

Location was near everything we needed with shops too but the area was very rundown .
