The owners were really lovely helped us up and down with our cases and provided bin bags, hairdryers which was extremely useful. The apartments itself are small but include everything you would need. There is a meter which takes pound coins but for a whole week we only topped up around £6 so lasts long. Close to the beach and tram stop. Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect!
Its quite basic - I actually went with the reviews and being a booking.com recommended one. For me - I felt it to be pretty basic for the cost.
