Amazing and comfortable apartment.

It was really nice. Totally enjoyed the shower. The apartment has everything you need.

More toiletries would be nice. Brighter lights in the living room.

It was nice for the location and a lovely place to stay apart from the few things wrong.

Was ideal for the location and for the group be together, could connect to the telly and had extra services on telly ie Netflix’s etc

Radiator in one room didnt work, cigarette burn in couch, toilet seat broken, one bed seemed to be broken as it was loud when even sitting down. Towels weren’t full body towels

The hosts went above and beyond to set up balloons, a present and a cake for my daughter's birthday. The property was lovely and homely with everything we needed, even towels and toiletries set up on the bed which most places no longer privide, which was a nice little treat. Highly recommend:)

Few little cleanliness issues like stains on sofa but honestly nothing major and didn't take away from our experience. Everything else was immaculate.

Nice n modern with open plan living room

None of the tv’s worked properly. No aerials connected so only get al certain channels , no bbc1 or itv. Also parking is a extra £40

Good wee place to stay.

Great location,easy to get to and from. Very clean and a great standard. Big rooms and plenty living space.

Very dark as its a basement apartment, so no light coming in. Window in bedrooms looked into some kinda of extra room that was full of junk and rubbish.

Simply Perfection

Love the modern decor of the apartment, spacious living room, have a classy bathroom, the door code was tricky at first but we managed to get the hang of it, was in and out without any issues. Great location & very clean. Highly recommend this apartment.

No street parking available but we managed to park in the nearby street which is not far from the apartment.

It was central to all locations, was clean & spacious

The couch sofa bed was far too hard for a weeks stay. We had 1 sleep out of 5 nights due to other guests making noise until 3/4am every night, they were screaming, shouting, banging & running around. We ourselves had kids who could not enjoy their nights because of this. It was absolutely ridiculous & selfish of the other guests. 2 mornings our apartment had an awful smell like rotten eggs, smelled like sewage. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay again due to the excessive noise

Excellent location between pleasure beach and tower, the property was very clean and modern with ample room for the 6 of us.

I could not complain about anything we went down together as a family of 7 to go to a funeral. Asked to stay for 1 extra night not a problem I could not ask for more and will definitely come back. Would recommend to anyone the flat we had would suit a family easily as there were 7 adults of us and we had more than enough space.

The dust.the broken bed the broken toilet seat. Overrall was very disappointed. The dust was totally unacceptable. It said the apartment had not been cleaned in a long time. No maintenance done. The pictures look good but that is not what you arrive to... The owner did come and look

AVOID!!!!!!!

Everything. Upon entering, the communal corridor stunk of cannabis. The actual apartment was in the basement, it clearly had not been cleaned, there was sand everywhere, the kitchen equipment was so dirty it was not fit for use, there were rips in the furniture and the apartment had an overwhelming smell of curry/spices. The ‘WiFi’ advertised is non existent & there is no other signal in the basement apartment, so we had to go out onto the street to phone the owner to advise we weren’t happy with the apartment. The owner of these apartments is pure ignorant, we physically couldn’t stay here due to the state it was in & had to book into the travel lodge at 10pm on an evening due to the time that we arrived in Blackpool. The owner has since ignored my messages & request for a refund (that he agreed too), despite us providing the evidence to himself via WhatsApp. He has provided me with a false email address that I am unable to contact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great stay, amazing spot for friends or couples to stay while enjoying blackpool

Phenomenal host, couldnt have done more for us! We arrived early into blackpool and was directed to a property owned/partnered where we could leave our luggage for the day while the apartment got ready! Very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is 2 seconds from the front, local to everything. The lounge was a great space for the 4 of us to sit and enjoy a drink with the ambient fire light on before going out. The kitchen was more than enough for what anyone would need. The shower was amazing. Hot, good pressure, rainfall and wand. And the beds were comfortable. I also left a speaker when I left and got in touch, it was 1st class delivery back to me and I had it within 3 days of leaving.

Spacious and beautiful.

The property was beautifully decorated and super spacious. It consisted of the essentials needed for the weekend. There was some damp in small areas and also some dust but none of which effected our stay.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property for this reason- but will say anyone with mobility issue the front steps and large and it’s quite a walk into town.

Loved the location Hosts were great.

Didn't like the parking situation. It says free parking subject to availability, I assumed that meant a small car park of some kind but it didn't. It meant on street parking which was IMPOSSIBLE. I have a child with needs and parking streets away wasn't an option. I parked on double yellows the first night after going round and around for 45 minutes waiting for a space. The second night we had to park on the sea front. Also didn't like that we was in the basement apartment. The noise was unbearable and the room above us had a party on the Saturday night. WiFi is rubbish so the TV in the bedroom was rubbish. The bed is far to low. Lots of dirt on the living area floor and under the pull out sofa-bed. Even found a dummy and a child's toy. Toilet seat was broken. Can't turn the shower on without getting into the tub, nor Can you put the plug in the bath without getting in first due to the shower door. And the living area had a very strong smell. Not sure what it was but it smelled like spices/curry. We even purchased air freshners. No hooks for coats/towels The mirrors adhesive was on the mirrors No plugs near a mirror

Nice apartment but not perfect

Property was nice, modern and clean and had all that was needed

The ‘parking’ wasn’t actually parking but on the street and there were no spaces available so I had to park streets away. There was also a lot of noise from the people in the apartment above us through the night into the early hours of the morning which was very disturbing

Awful check in very unproffesional , value for money appartment

Very clean and comfortable and most things you needed to have a great stay were provided

2 days prior they accepted by email an early check in , arriving was told my booking should never of been accepted , when i had paid in full 2 weeks prior , 6 of us were stood in the pouring rain with all our belongings and no where to stay , after contacting booking.com it was rectified and they did leave a bottle of prosecco to say sorry , but after a long journey in traffic this ruined our fist day , we could never get tv on in living area , the wi fi connection extremely poor , ironing board broken 1 leg missing , out side property needed some attention , on steps down to our door , lots and lots of sand and when wet quite slippy and dangerous there was that much sand it was hard to get foot on step , i probably would not of mentioned all these small issues , had i arrived and checked in smoothly , i myself work in hospitality and found to be told 6 of us had nowhere to stay but i would get a full refund free of charge in 7-10 days unaccepatable , if this had not happened i would stay again

Lovely apartment, good size for a family of 4. Bathroom very clean and modern, both bedrooms good size

Only negative would be parking… struggle to get parked on road outside. Have to keep checking for spaces, and luckily one came up late on. So a quick Nash to car park where left car and drive round.
