it was clean

i did not like that after paying for the room to then be told that you have to pay for electric it does not tell you that and if i knew that i would not have booked as 360 pounds for the room was more than enough to pay without having to pay for electric and charging you money for towels not that i got charged for the towels but that was after letting them know that it says on there thing to tell you wot is free

Everything was excellent & the owner Lorraine was very kind & helpful & a great person.

The taps could do with an upgrade especially with the ones were you can mix both the hot & cold water & were you can control the speed of water coming out. Having hot & cold separately & with no control of the speed of water coming out caused us a few issues initially but we got used to it.

Don't go there to enjoy yourself!

It was exceptionally clean to the gagging on chemicalsmell point.

There were no towels (asked and was tod it says they not provided, its on the website - its not) no wifi that we could find despite it saying there was, it was freezing and then we were hit with a coin meter for power. The key broke in the lock when we came in late and I got a very grumpy answer to my phone call to the emergency number from outside flat and a displeased man arriving to let us in. All in all a nightmare of a stay!

everything just what we wonted the staff was so helpful thay helped us out because my car broke down and we was told it was 10 o’clock kick out but thay let us wait thair till recovery truck pick us up

there where great amenities and the staff were very hospitable and all great experience and one to remember.

when I went into booking.com and the pictures does not give the property justice as in real life this is just a wonderfully beautiful experience and building, would really hate for people to think otherwise so the pictures should be updated.

Location. Linda.....lovely lady!!! The flats are spacious and functional. Just what we needed. Parked our car safely without a worry!!
