Would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the issues of not knowing where to dispose of bin bags and the kitchen sockets

Nice location, very quiet street, close to shops

Host doesn’t reply, electric fuse for kitchen sockets tripped and wouldn’t go back on which meant we couldn’t make food or even boil a kettle. Didn’t even know where to take the bin bags to dispose of them. WiFi signal is very bad in the bedroom

York Street apartments

The bed was clean and comfortable. Bedding, crisp and new looking. The kitchen was well thought out and dining/ living space was good. Great choice of tv channels. .. 2 tvs , one in bedroom, one in living room. Hair dryer, airer and iron there. Communication with owners/managers was instant and good.

Someone in the building, (ground floor flat, I think), was smoking drugs.. so the building constantly stunk of the strong smell. Some residents are permanent in this building. There was no where to put my clothes. No draws of any kind! One broken wardrobe.. hanging bar off, and no shelves inside! Shower leaked outside of cubicle. Bathroom has no where to put your toothbrush let alone other toiletries..or even hang your towel. The apartment is on the top floor! 6 flights of stairs!!( including the ones inside apartment). Not the best choice after going out for dinner and drinks 🥵. The place is in some run down ghetto type area/ Road. Half the buildings run down and closed. The views from the windows are horrendous. Certainly not the cheapest place, but should be. Not good value for money.. considering ⤴️ .

Good location, nice spacious flat which was clean and warm and had all we needed

Nice layout of room and cosy, spacious flat. Found it warm. Split level is lovely and comfortable beds. Hot shower and nice touch to provide tea, coffee, sugar and other basics. Great location.

We were lucky to park outside but area feels a little intimidating and strong smells of weed. Wouldn’t stay here as a woman alone but I would say property is nice and secure and location is very handy. Deposit £100 required prior to stay incase damages

diappointing

There was a horrible smell in the apartment and we had to keep the windows open- I even bought a fragranced candle to try and mask the smell in the lounge. The fan was dirty and I had to clean this prior to use when I tried to get rid of the smell. The view from the back bedroom showed lots of rubbish in the backyard and the windows were not clean but accept it is a seaside town with seagulls! Few kitchen utensils missing such as corkscrew and spatula- just overall disappointing for £250

Great location...

Great location close to all amenities, 5 minute walk to Beach, central pier, Madame Tusards....etc

Only problem was parking, little car park on York St charged £25 for 24hr but found cheaper carr park on coop at £30 for 4 days...

Comfy for a short stay.

Lots of space, bed was comfy, TV easy to use, well-stocked kitchen for our needs, excellent bathroom.

The floor was very dirty; it looked clean from standing height but our feet/socks told a different story. There were also quite a few strains on the sofa. The view into the garden just showed lots of rubbish.

We would never return to any property hosted by yourselves. It is very clear you are not in touch with your properties.

The property has potential to be really lovely after fresh decor/TLC. However, the location itself feels quite unsafe and not entirely suitable for families with children.

The property was in an awful state. Completely unclean and dirty, smelt of damp and smoke which was so uncomfortable. The shower/bathroom had mould as well as the sink. The floor was dirty and the property had not had a deep clean in a very long time. There was a hole in the lounge ceiling which had fallen through dampness. The cot was filthy and stains all around it. This whole apartment was inhabitable. We contacted the host and were moved onto another property which was again unclean, the cot was even worse and there were open nails sticking out of the carpet. Do not stay here with children!

Thank you for a great stay

The flat was modern,cozy & spacious. It has everything you need for a great stay, the kitchen is well equipped & clean. The bed is comfortable. My daughter loved sleeping on the big armchair! Managed to fit us in at very short notice & accommodated our wee dog so he didn't miss out on the beach!

Could have been a bit cleaner nothing major. I used to be a house keeper so I noticed little things like cob webs, dusty sills & grimey corners. There was also a smell of stale smoke in the property, particularly on the sofa.

Great for a short stay, but York Street has changed so much over the years.

Location was great. Flat had everything we needed.

We were on the top floor with 2 adults, a 5yr old, a 2 yr old and a dog, it was hard going. The street and door area was run down but the actual flat was clean enough.

Perfect location for me and my child. Great space and amazing flat was larger than the photos! Easy to clean and keep on top off. Not much noise but the location was amazing for us!

Shower could have been a tad cleaner and the sofa was a bit uneven for my daughter sleeping on but that’s the only 2 things that could have been better and it really wasn’t even a big deal I have OCD so I’m particular. Will be back! Thank you :)

Me and my partner had a long weekend in the apartment which was pretty good

Very clean loved the extra bits like tea bags, dryer, iron

the only things I can say it when I stripped the bed at the end of stay there was a smoke hole in the mattress other than than perfect and the front door to the main building doesn’t shut properly tried shutting a few times not just us that had trouble with it the people up stairs also, other than that perfect stay. Great location, bigger than expected, loved the windows and smart tv’s, will definitely be returning.

The location of the property was brilliant, walking distance to all local attractions, shops, takeaways. It was quiet at night and we loved the big windows. The property felt cosy and modern. The tea, coffee and sugar was nice to have on arrival. We also liked the no apartment key/keycard.

If I had to be really picky - the litter outside the back of the property, the back gate was slamming due to winds on the first night however as soon as we shut the window we couldn’t hear it, one of the draws was broken too but didn’t bother us at all during our stay.

Quality accommodation with everything you need for a couple of days. Lovely view of Blackpool tower from the window especially at night. Spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for all the attractions.
