Perfect, great hospitality.

I loved how clean it was, i have got OCD and its important that the place i stay is clean. It was super cosy and very comfortable beds. The only downfall was that the shower was not hot enough, it was warm water, there was no small table in the living area to rest your drinks , and there was not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms. The hospitality was super great and I loved how caring she was and if i did have a issue , she would sort it out straight away. I will recommend this lovely accomadation to everyone I will definalty be coming back

Beautiful place, just like home

Lovely host, Valentina made us feel welcome, we ended up taking the bottom flat instead of this one that we had booked as we had a child and a baby so it would be easier instead of trailing up and down tbe stairs, the flat below which was absolutely gorgeous, smelt amazing everywhere, very clean and organised, very comfortable and it was just like home. I loved that it was out of the way and looked like a regular house so it blended in

Only issue was the far end shower didn't heat up so I had to use the other one, and the washer door can be awkward to deal with.

The apartment was stunning. The owner was lovely very quick on replying to messages. She left the heating on for us so after being freezing we got back and it was lovely and cozy and warm. The apartment was great location my daughter was dancing at winter gardens so we used the tram. I loved that there was a drive to park on which was an added bonus. We would love to return, we loved it x

Gig, illuminations and Pleasure Beach weekend

Beautiful apartment, spotless. Everything you need, towels, iron, ironing board, fully fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave and crockery and all utensils. Clean towels, great decor and attentive host. Parking on the drive, met at the door by the hostess who was lovely. A real gem where you wanted for nothing, such a lovely home environment.

Nothing not to like, half hour walk along the prom to the centre.

A hidden gem of blackpool..

The accommodation is excellent throughout.. Spotless. There is loads of room... Very spacious and quality furnished.. Would love to return again.. We are a family of 5 grandchildren loved it as well which makes a change lol.. Free off road parking... Cannot find anything to complain about... The owners have spent a fortune on this place the bathrooms are very spacious and you feel like you are at home not in a money pit business... With friends out to see a band in the Blackpool area before children return back to school.

Perfect location, quiet area with tram stop within an easy walk. Very clean and welcoming, hostess Valentina on hand to resolve any issues quickly. Lots of useful items washing up liquid, tinfoil etc…

Smallish fridge, weather was quite warm and it was quite full. Preferred drinks to be chilled. Struggled to regulate shower temperature

Host was fantastic and pleasant. Was late on arrival but she tarried for me until I arrived with my family.

Lovely property, tucked away from the hum drum of busy Blackpool

The Enigma was lovely, it was comfortable and spacious, the facilities were great, it was clean and smelt fresh, super shiny floors too. Although a distance from the centre of Blackpool we easily got a tram at the end of the road, the stop was called Uncle Tom’s Cabin.

We couldn’t find any bedding for the sofa bed, I didn’t want to keep pestering the owners but on reflection I should have as they were quick at responding to a couple of other queries.

Very pleasant stay.

Our host Valentina, was amazing. She kept in touch via messages regarding our arrival and was waiting for us to handover the key and explain everything to us. The apartment is gorgeous it’s immaculate. Although it’s quite a walk into the centre of Blackpool, the walk is flat, but there’s also a tram stop just at the end of the road . The property has offstreet parking, which is a benefit.

Dog owners be aware !! Overall stay was ok but would not stay again or recommend to those with dogs

I delayed writing this review because we were shocked at the cost to take dogs and did not want a rushed review to be a bad sway on the overall stay. We saw that the property description said charges may apply for dogs, which was fine, but we have stayed at a lot of Booking.com places and this cost varies from free to £10 per dog per stay however when we arrived and met the host Valentina the cost was £15 per dog PER NIGHT !!!. We stayed 2 nights so £90 for 3 small dogs, Adjusted to £80, who sleep most of the time and also had the 1 full day at kennels booked as we were visiting the PB, This was a lesson learnt to get the cost for the future but still excessive Ok so other than that here is an honest review of the rest of our stay We found the showers in both rooms hard to get the water temp right even when we didn't alter the setting once we got them going ok the time before. The bed in main room was uncomfortable according to our son and his wife who were sleeping there. Description said there was a sun terrace for use but there was not and neither was there any access to the inner courtyard, which is just a small garden, so we could not let the dogs out This is a 1st floor flat and our sons young child who is 3 was with us but there was no stair gate or safety item to prevent a fall down the steep stairs, perhaps the host will add one for future guests safety

Didn’t get check out time that was agreed

The property was lovely and clean. Very comfortable. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Lots of facilities.

Requested a late check out of 12:30 instead of 10am. Hostess agreed ( on message) then 10:20 she came in and said we had to leave even though she agreed we could check out at 12:30. Said we had to leave so she could clean it as there was another guest checking in that same day.

Quiet, clean , and comfortable great value for money

Host was there to greet us we got there early we were able to check in , she was very friendly. It was very clean and modern beds very comfortable and everything you need even tea coffee sugar , fantastic price would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again
