Blackpool luxury… ideal

The property had most of the amenities you would need and was very clean. The it was warm and quiet, and easy to navigate. It was very safe and the private parking was handy. Staff were easy to communicate with and quickly solved a problem we had with the code on the door.

Pictures make the apartments look a lot bigger than the are. We had 3 tea cups, no tea spoons, lots of forks, 2 knives, no gin classes 1 wine glass etc. in an apartment specifically for 2 people it would have been nice to have 2 of everything when luxury is used in the title. The apartment had a strange smell about it that would have been easily combatted with a little air freshener sprayed on the radiators! There was no tea towel for drying dishes and the hot water was inconsistent.

Nice and peaceful with a really comfy bed

My stay was more than I expected it to be the host is cxxx wry friendly and goes out of the way to make sure everything was okay and I didn’t need anything also the apartment was really clean with a lovely clean and comfy bed… the kitchen was perfect for our requirements would definitely stay again and would highly recommend

Fantastic Family Stay

We recently stayed in this lovely bungalow as a family and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal, just a very short walk to the seafront and the tram stop, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly easy. The dedicated parking space was an added bonus and suited our family’s needs perfectly. Overall, it was a brilliant place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent,the apartments and public areas are very clean.there was no noise from other residents.this was our second visit this year.free parking is a bonus Imet the owner who very kindly showed me an appartments that had been renovated to an extremely high standard.will definitely be back

Pleasant stay would return to bungalow

My son is in a wheelchair we couldn’t have got in original apartment in main building we booked as there where steps into it but owner quickly sorted it out and we got the bungalow at the side which we could access so all ok

Nice apartment quite stay

I liked having an apartment it was clean and tidy spacious in the rooms, liked the onsuite in master room that was a surprise it was a nice and quiet area and so were the other quests. good wee touches with some cleaning supplies left in apartment for your stay, we had 3 adults 1 teenager and 2 under 2 staying we took our own travel cot and we all had space was not cramped at all no problem with hot water or heating and I think we put in 7 pounds in 5he electric meter for full wk end that done us all having bath showers and washing bottles good value I thought

I did not like the distance from apartment to central Blackpool Ithis was my own fault I thought apartment was beside north peir it was at least a 30 minute walk to the north peir it was far too busy to drive in and too expensive to park luckily we got tram passes and it was only across the street just a bit more extra expense , it's good you get WiFi but was a bit weak in apartment 9 and some of our phones would not long on to it signal was not great

Location was great. Owner rectified issue with microwave quickly. Parking space was a bonus.

Noise from flat upstairs disturbed sleep. Cleanliness needs improving, fan in bathroom very dirty and space between oven and cupboard full of crumbs. Bed linen could do with upgrade, very bobbly and worn. Could do with a makeover.

It was out of the way from the town centre

It tells you £1.50 a day on the electric metre. We weren’t there between 8:30-6 maybe later some nights and I put £15 in. Also found dirty socks in the pull out bed, the bed that didn’t pull out.

Disgusting

Location wasn’t bad and it was quiet

The place had a real stale smell. We found half eaten mouldy food in the microwave. It has clearly been there weeks! The host did sort this issue straight away to be fair. But later that night we pulled out the sofa bed to find it had dead flies, stained sheets and the bedding that was in the cupboard for it smelt so stale. The shower is disgusting. Needs to good scrub. The electric meter is just a money eating machine! I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. I had to spend over an hour on the phone to booking.com to get the host to agree to sort the issues. The place is disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Nice little Blackpool bolthole!

Fairly central with allocated parking spaces, nice and clean, comfy beds. We were given an upgrade on the day to a 2 bed which was amazing to have the additional space!

Meter for the electric was a bit of a challenge and a bit more hungry than expected, was more like £3 per day and the water takes a while to heat up with the immersion.

Property was lovely, well furnished and secure. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure peace and quiet but close enough to not be an inconvenience. Tram stop literally 2 minutes away, shops, lovely little cafe, etc within walking distance. Owner was easy to contact and quick to iron out any issues or answer any questions. Would recommend for families and the other visitors to the apartments we interacted with were also friendly and polite.

Appalling accommodation

The host was helpful and bought hand towels, glasses, plates and cups as there weren't enough for 4 people in the accommodation.

It wasn't a bungalow as advertised. It was an annex at the side of the apartment building. At the entrance there was rubbish around the front door and the doormat was covered in cigarette ends. The accommodation was scruffy, unclean, cold, damp, badly equipped. The sitting room furniture was dirty, worn and uncomfortable. There was hardly any cups, plates, glasses. There was no iron or hairdryer. The accommodation was poor and not worth the money. Three of the four guests became ill due to the cold and damp accommodation. We are all very disappointed. This was meant to be a celebration of my birthday and retirement. It's the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Good apart from the noise.

Had everything we needed and good internet.

You can hear everything through the door in the corridors and in the next rooms. Whoever was next door had their alarm going off at 5.30am and snoozed it about 5 times. There was only 2 mugs and one had a broken handle.

The apartment was well equipped for self catering, with all the kitchen appliances you would find at home, it was also very good as the WiFi worked effortlessly and there was even Netflix to watch in the price

We stayed in the bungalow and it’s Very cozy, warm and had plenty of space for our group of 5. Unfortunately one of my friends lost the key to the property but someone was straight out to help us and give us a spare key and we only had to pay a £100 charge. The beds are so comfy and we all slept very well. It’s very close to a shop, cafe and the tram but out of the way enough so it is quiet, the communal garden is clean and well managed although all apartments share the garden it is still lovely and quiet we will 100% be back

The host was very helpful and very generous as he allowed us to check in early and a later check out and upgraded us as there was painting being done when we arrive 😀 loved the decor bed was really comfy kids loved it lots of space to play and run around. Even a little garden area parking was great aswell right outside the door would defiantly stay again.

Just alittle bit far to walk to the center but beach was close so yano not to bad.

Ok for Blackpool but anywhere else in the country it would be poor.

Great location, very close to the sea front, near tram stop and away from all the hustle and bustle of the north pier. The staff were helpful when we needed them, clean towels and bedding provided.

The negatives were the apartment itself. This was in need of a complete refurb and was way too small for a family of 5. Everything in there was dated (we are talking 70/80s clam shell baige bathroom) no mirror above the sink, shower rail broken,only one bowl in the kitchen that we all had to share for breakfast, not enough glasses, so on and so on. I think looking at the pictures other apartments in the building have had refurbs and look really nice, but ours was a big disappointment. (Apartment 5)

The appartment was clean,5 mins to sea ,local shop and trams also bus,just far enough from attractions ,so quieter ,but 5or6mins on tram to tower,wereally enjoyed ourselves nothing really
