Check in was via a key box so that was easy. The host was responsive to messages but we didn't meet her in person. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. Off road parking was good.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great. Free parking outside and a lift to upper floors. It was also right opposite the tram stop. Kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was good. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed.
The hard floors were very dirty and walking barefoot resulted in very dirty feet. It was extremely hot in the apartment even with a fan as there wasn’t any air flow and windows only opened a bit. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and definitely not suited to 2 adults, might be ok for children but definitely not adults. The sofa bed duvet had stains all over it, as did the pillow protectors and the bedding (especially the fitted sheet) had clearly never been ironed which made it uncomfortable to lie on. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as it wasn’t comfortable for the price. It would maybe suit a couple or those with small children only.
