Would definitely stay again

Everything was clean, a baby bed was provided, there was enough space, location was perfect, coffee and tea provided, comfy beds, communication with host was easy, professional and friendly, it was quiet and private on the top floor, enough free parking available.

You have to be careful closing the several fire doors so they don't slam. There seemed to be an open live wire in the mirror in the bathroom.

Cosy and clean

We have stayed here several times in the same 1 bed apartment. Always been happy and this time found a few more improvements and upgrades. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. One even paid us a personal visit to check everthing was ok Very clean. Everthing we needed to self cater . Free parking. Easy access and instructions Thank you 😊

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was very convenient for us. The WiFi was reliable, and when we requested an extension lead, one was dropped off for us, which was great. It meant we could watch the darts final, so we really appreciated that assistance.

I didn’t appreciate having to pay a £200 deposit for a one-night stay as a young family just after Christmas. This was something we hadn’t factored in when booking the property, and I nearly missed it when booking; fortunately, we had the money, but I can see how other families might be deterred. The flat itself showed signs of wear; for example, the kitchen floor needs replacing, there are stains on the walls, there are pen marks on the curtains, damp in the corner of the windows and it could do with a freshen‑up. That’s where I couldn’t understand the deposit aspect of things. I didn’t appreciate the layout of the main room; I felt the kitchen could have been designed to provide more space within the living quarters, and it felt cramped. I had read reviews regarding the sofa bed prior to our stay. My partner and I slept on the sofa bed while our daughter slept in the main bedroom, and I have to say it was one of the worst nights’ sleep I have ever had. Leather and sleeping don’t mix well, and the sofa bed is dreadful and not comfy. We didn’t have an under‑sheet, unfortunately, as it was too late to request one by the time we realised, and the pillows were dreadful. The points I have raised are constructive; I expect you won’t change anything because it’s your business model, and it works for you. I personally think, with so much choice in Blackpool, I wouldn’t return, and the only reason would be the deposit aspect.

Short break in Blackpool

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Customer service was outstanding. Tram stop right outside of the apartment which was great.

Only thing I would suggest is a few more baking trays for cooking when wanting to eat in.

Location was in a quiet spot at far north end but the Tram was right there within 100 yards. Also beach just across the main road

The lounge was in the biggest bedroom . We had a child asleep in each bedroom so adults sat in kitchen for evening

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was lovely stylish and modern. The rooms were spacious and well equiped. Everything was spotlessly clean .. the beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and loved the white bed linen. The apartment was cozy and warm .

Just two small things .. a washing up bowl would have been good and a small brush/ pan just to tidy up each day.

Good - can be better.

Friendliness of hosts: the hosts were friendly and communicated with me every step! They were kind to let us do an early check in. Truly grateful for that as it saved me having to deal with a fussy baby. Thank you! Location: the sea view was beautiful. Reminds me of Lake Malawi. And the sunset was a sight! I also liked that the apartment was close to stores, salons and restaurants. Availability of what we needed to cook- pans, cooking utensils were provided. It just made life easier for us as I have a baby and needed to cook for her. With the microwave, we were able to heat up food.

Lack of cleanliness: the fan was visibly dirty; same as the floor and corners of the room. When we joined 2 single beds together, the space under 1 of the beds had a lot of rubbish. Even the sofa had a pair of black socks stuck somewhere in it. The toilet was dirty. So it was unpleasant to even shower in there. The bed- as a single bed, it’s comfortable, but when joined together to form a double bed, you’ll feel the metal clearly separating you and your loved one. 😆

Location was fantastic it was so easy to get to the event we were attending and to get into blackpool central. The communication from the team was exceptional, answered questions so fast, completely key less and all done by key pad which made things so easy.

Everything was in great condition, great sea view, close to the beach front, where you can take a walk. Close to shops, tram stop just outside the house. It’s an excellent location at a decent price with fun activities around for families. Best part, my son on the autism spectrum found it to be easy to adapt to. From inside the apartment you can’t hear noise on the street, you can’t hear the noise from other rooms either. I absolutely loved it!

A very comfortable stay in a clean, modern apartment right at the waterfront.

Clean and well organised in apartment #7 Door code entry and car park very easy to use Spotless bathroom with good water pressure and wide opening window. Staff kindly provided ice cream to us as it was very hot outside.

Even though a fan was provided in the apartment, it was still very hot. I wish the windows would open all the way in the kitchen and bedroom.

Phenomenal, outstanding and the best accommodation we've ever had.

The hosts have been exceptional. A lovely lady who we believe to have been a host arrived on Friday and brought us all some ice cream which was absolutely amazing and very appreciated as the day was a very hot day 😋 the rooms were clean and definitely exceeded our expectations expectations. We will definitely be back to these appartments and as a matter of fact have not left yet and already planning again to come back here around christmas rhus year. The location and blackpool has been the best holiday we have had as family to date and we have came to blackpool yearly since I myself was a little,girl. My mother and father came with us on this holiday and they have been coming since they too were children however this .is the first time any of us have booked with 240 promenade, granada appartments. We have decided this is now our go to place when we come back each time. The beds have been the host of some very comfortable sleep this week. The shower was probably the best showers I've ever had. The kitchen was extremely convenient and we much preferred this appartment rather than a hotel. The area has been extremely quiet and peaceful, the tram is right across the road from the appartment with one arriving every 10 minutes. With out a doubt the best located as we usually stay between south and Central peir instead. Thankyou granada for hosting out stay for out 2025 August blackpool holiday and being the most outstanding hosts leading up to our arrival and during our stay. We loved our time here, would definitely recommend and will most definitely be back ❤️

Great location but lacked comfort.

Location was great. Free parking outside and a lift to upper floors. It was also right opposite the tram stop. Kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was good. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed.

The hard floors were very dirty and walking barefoot resulted in very dirty feet. It was extremely hot in the apartment even with a fan as there wasn’t any air flow and windows only opened a bit. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and definitely not suited to 2 adults, might be ok for children but definitely not adults. The sofa bed duvet had stains all over it, as did the pillow protectors and the bedding (especially the fitted sheet) had clearly never been ironed which made it uncomfortable to lie on. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as it wasn’t comfortable for the price. It would maybe suit a couple or those with small children only.

The doors need a mechnism to lock from inside in addition to what is there as kids can very easily sneak out. Laundry machines were fairly busy -always fully loaded!

The location was perfect, easy to get the tram to where you wanted to go , just a two minute walk. And waking up to the sea view was lovely, missing it already.

The noise of slamming doors, shakes the full building. Maintenance work was being carried out in the room above on the roof, materials were being passed from one floor to the other via a bucket. A man standing outside our window working as we rested. Not ideal.

Plenty of room for the two of us. Staff were really helpful and reserved a parking space at the front of the property when I let them know about mobility issues. Made a big difference. Tea and coffee in the apartment which isn’t always the case so that was nice. Apartment clean and comfortable. Right opposite the sea.

Apartment wasn't clean hob oven dirty.fridge door seal dirty.bea looked like someone had just got out of it. I emailed to see if someone could sort bed out . After a couple of hours I rang to ask them if they could read email. They did and sorted bed.didnt see any staff or hear any.
