Location was brilliant, very close to the cliffs tram stop or buses Once i met the owners they were lovely, communication was good and very helpful Cleaners were lovely too on our last day

Sofa bed wasnt very comfortable, think could do with a mattress topper And we mentioned the towels, but owner explained why

Ideal for what we needed, basic but comfortable. Well worth the money you pay! Lovely staff member met us at the property, his name was Tim, went above and beyond for us with recommendations, helped us to our room, quick replies when we had any questions. So helpful!

Was slightly further out that we would usually stay, but a few tram stops and you’re in Blackpool centre, so not too much of an issue! No lifts in property.

Parking situation was good. Tim was a nice enough guy.

A huge amount of fruit flies in the room constantly. We bought fly spray but this didn't seem to prevent them much. The mattress was so bad.....the springs were poking through and it was very uncomfortable. We bought a mattress topper. Only one pillow each.....we bought two pillows. A bolt just fell out of one of the chairs without touching it. The oven knob settings have worn away therefore quite a bit of guesswork at what you are actually using.....grill or oven etc. Overall the room could do with a good upgrade even though it is reasonably cheap. You still expect certain standards.
