Empress Select Holiday Flats

Tim was very helpful told us all the best places to eat . Explain everything , Show us where everything was told us any problems to let him know. The place was spotless, everything you needed was in the apartment the only thing missing was a tea towel but would not moan about that.loved that you could have a cuppa on arrival as there was tea and coffee for a drink till you could get to shop which was right near the apartment also loved that there was a hoover which you could use which was on the landing outside the apartment. The area is nice and quite and loved you had somewhere to park.

Nothing.

Nice and quiet comfortable flat and friendly staff and not far away from the blackpool tower and see front also not to far from the local tram stop

Only thing was not so good was the heavy rain and wind lol

The hoist was lovely had lots of great recomendations

Parking situation was good. Tim was a nice enough guy.

A huge amount of fruit flies in the room constantly. We bought fly spray but this didn't seem to prevent them much. The mattress was so bad.....the springs were poking through and it was very uncomfortable. We bought a mattress topper. Only one pillow each.....we bought two pillows. A bolt just fell out of one of the chairs without touching it. The oven knob settings have worn away therefore quite a bit of guesswork at what you are actually using.....grill or oven etc. Overall the room could do with a good upgrade even though it is reasonably cheap. You still expect certain standards.
