Not what we were expecting

Clean and comfortable

Slightly drafty from the windows and the lift broke while we were there and we were on the third floor. This was not the original apartment we had booked in the building.That apartment looked to be occupied by someone else because there was a lot of food about not just a workman as we had been told.

I requested a super cleaned room due to one in our party having severe cleanliness issue, all ok

Room o ly basis, the room surpassed our expectations in every way. tea/coffee provided was excellent.

The weather was terrible on arrival, the sea front location meant there was quite loud wind noise all the first night, the second night though was silent.

Loved my stay at the Berkeley apartments and would definitely return

Great location and exceptionally clean staff were amazing and sorted out really quickly with no hassle. Very quiet which was really good as I was travelling with my elderly parents. It was also very secure and had a lift to the top floor which was very handy. Would definitely go back but to a larger apartment.

Very small and uncomfortable for 6 people and very warm as it was so compact. Not enough space for clothes had to keep some in the suitcases. And also could have been doing with another bathroom.

Illumination break

Everything was good especially the staff making sure we had everything we needed plus a lovely Ice cream treat delivered to our door.

The lift is a bit small and a very old style as it would have been when the hotel was originally built, I would choose a lower floor for any future stays .

Very good location. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Everything was straightforward. Easy access to the accommodation with a code for the door and for the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable with partial sea view. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed visiting the illuminations in Blackpool and visiting other places in the location. We used the trams with a day ticket whilst there. The weather was also very good for November which made our stay even better.

The location was superb and the apartment was well equipped.

The seating area was quite uncomfortable. The heating was far too hot on arrival and took hours to cool down. Parking spaces were a little narrow for bigger cars.

Lovely see you again next year

Was impressed last year by the property the security is good on entry space was good and nice that we don’t have to bring to much.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean shelf above toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while thick with wet dust. Also a child lock on the main door we visited with 2 3 year olds and our room being so close to the stairs was a worry if they woke in the night but it’s okay we put our suitcase there.

Very easy directions to follow with the door code and entry. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything required in the apartment, including dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials.

I've been coming here since 2019 and some of the rooms are starting to feel a little worn, and could do with a touch up for general wear and tear. Coat hooks would also be useful in the hall area or one of the rooms. We often come early October and it can be wet, so having somewhere to hang these up would be really useful.

Had problems with the lift on numerous occasions. We are 2 elderly ladies and cannot do stairs. Our last visit was on the ground floor, but the apartment wasn't available this time so we went to the third floor as there was a lift. We won't go up there again., definitely use the ground floor.

Granada Apartments review

The cleanliness of the place was great and plus the ev charger outside was fantastic too as I got a full charge before setting off back home at a good rate of pay aswell monta app but all in all is was well worth the stay

I had afew issues due to our shower but they recommend a solution and I was happy with the result and will definitely only stay and Granada Apartments in the future 100 percent

Clean and spacious apartments with helpful staff and close to the city centre.

Would definitely return! We stayed for five night and loved the apartments. The flat was spotless upon arrival and was nice and spacious. There was a number of utensils for cooking which were really handy and we really appreciated the dishwasher, especially as we have a toddler who eats a lot! There was also a fan and tv in both the living room and bedroom which was good. The inside was modern and we loved the main entrance. The lift was good but relied on making sure others fully shut the door when exiting, which occasionally meant I had to run up the stairs to check the doors when my wife had the pram. Just a note for anybody to make sure to double check the doors are closed! However, staff were so lovely and helpful about this, providing reassurance when we were unsure if it was working okay. The code to get in and out worked every time and was easy and convenient, and the property give you all the required information before you arrive including your parking space number. The apartments are very close to a tram stop too so we were easily able to hop on into the centre and come back at any time. After check out my wife received a call from Mel who was very friendly and kind on the phone and just went over a few final points. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated how nice the apartments are kept but also how nice the staff were. We like to come to Blackpool every year and usually stay in a hotel, however we’ll definitely be staying here going forward - thank you!

Enjoyable stay at the apartment, ideal for self catering.

The apartment was ideal for the 9 people (in 3 groups). With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a decent lounge and kitchen diner. It was clean and had most items with anything needed such as a frying pan was soon provided. Found a few minor issues which didn’t detract from our experience and the staff would address at a convenient time.

Clean basic room, extras was a bonus like 2 toilet rolls, towels there could be more in a 5 day stay. For the money was ok just the £200 deposit was quite a lot but acceptable. The location was spot on excellent for us for the trams we used everyday. Would highly recommend as the staff were really friendly. Beds clean.

Having to collect our own rubbish & walk to the end carpark to dispose of it, when we had already paid a cleaning fee,. Not enough toilet rolls & towels, bags for bins on our 5 day stay. Great place to stay though, great location, very clean otherwise. Would love to stay again. Didn't like the £200 extra but understood why but still expensive on the fees you already pay to stay. Wonder why £200 & not say £100 or even £50? Torch & hairdryer missing but told them they replaced the hairdryer.

A great base to explore Blackpool from

Our apartment was spot on as a base for a week with the family. Clean and comfortable, very near to a tram stop to get straight into the centre of Blackpool easily and near the beach too. The staff are very friendly, communicative and helpful, responding quickly to any issues. There’s a fab webcam on the roof which you can watch on the website and may be able to see yourself on previous days which is fun! It was good to have a designated parking spot right outside the apartment.

We could have done with a little more drawer space for unpacking clothes and it would be nice to have placemats and coasters for the glass table to reduce noise but those are only minor issues.

The location was was good right on the sea front and tram stop right outside Very good free street parking £161 for 1 night for 7 of us

£200 security deposit is ridiculous ⬇️ The rooms fans were ridiculous and didn't actually blow cold air and considering it was around 29 degrees and the radiators in the room were also on it was like a sauna... the apartment was genuinely clean but things were missed as there was glass, crisps, and stick on nails found in the bedroom.. all walls were quite grubby with dirty hands etc The beds were like sleeping on the floor rock hard Sofa bed was stained all over and felt sticky Also considering there's 3 double beds and a sofa bed which accommodates 8 people there was only 2 large plates The floor beams were also coming away and door lock was falling off..

Beyond impressed!! Highly recommend, fab experience!

I genuinely could not fault the apartment at all. We had the best stay at Granada Berkeley. It was clean and modern compared to others aparthotels in the area. Extremely convenient being across the road from a tram stop to go into town. Massive smart tv's in both the livingroom and bedroom. Had access to a washing machine and tumble dryer which they offer washing powder, all for free use. Apartment was immaculate. We were beyond extremely impressed. Worth every single penny and we will be very very highly recommending this place as we know quite a few people who travel to Blackpool.
