Great apartment, perfect location and a helpful and generous owner

The property was ideal and perfectly located. Ideal for getting into Blackpool. It was very clean and when we arrived, the owner had left us milk, beer, wine, biscuits, and tea and coffee. The owners were generous and helpful, and their communication was great. I couldn't fault their helpfulness, or the property. Would have liked to have enjoyed a coffee or the complimentary beer on the balcony, but the weather stopped that. A perfect place to stay for a break in Blackpool.

Lovely apartment, very clean and had everything we needed. Great sea views and in front of the Illuminations. Location was good. Overall a very cosy and comfortable stay.

Brilliant

Our stay was absolutely brilliant, this is the nicest place i have stayed in in Blackpool, its immaculate, there is parking, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need, the property is just lovely, massive thank you to Samantha who made our stay so smooth, we all really couldn’t have asked for anything more, Prosecco, beers , orange just milk in the fridge upon arrival, we will definitely book again, the tram stop is across the road, we really can’t wait to come back, thanks again Samantha…. Just brilliant xx

Amazing place.

We were met on arrival by hosts Lee and Sam who were very friendly and showed us around our two bedroom apartment The place is so nice, finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. It's in an ideal location, with beautiful views of the sea. In a fairly quiet location but only a 10 minute tram ride to the centre of Blackpool and the attractions. We've already booked to go back!

Perfect in every way

Absolutely everything. Perfect position, immaculate. Special touches, chocolates, wine, large, milk fresh orange. Attention to detail, nothing was too much for the host. So much so we have booked again for next year and only came home today.

Fabulous stay at this 5* apartment

As a family of three we stayed with our 8 yr old in this absolutely beautiful 5* apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It is like a show house. It is about 1 mile out of the centre of Blackpool (away from all the noise in a very quiet area), you are looking out at the seafront. The tram stop is just across the road. We stayed in the amazing top/split level apartment. We had the car so only used the tram once, we drove into Blackpool and parked. The owner very kindly left us milk/loaf/water/even beer in the fridge which was so kind. The apartment had everything you'd ever need, toiletries, towels, bedding provided. It also has oven etc which we used for pizzas. Just around the corner from the apartment is a Sainburys and 5*star rated takeaways which were very handy. We used this apartment as a base to visit Morecambe etc and explore the area. The photos really don't do this place justice. From the moment you step in and see oak flooring/doors/incredible finish you know it's going to be an enjoyable stay 😊

Exceptional

The whole stay was pure luxury. All facilities in the apartment are new and stylish. The place looks amazing. And the visit lived up to first impressions. Balcony has a good sea view as would be possible to get.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Stay is a real gem. So very tastefully furnished. From the elegant bedroom, modern kitchen to the Jo Malone diffuser (housed in the entrance hall), the accommodation is excellent. Sam was the perfect host making sure we were happy with everything we needed and left us to enjoy our break. We will definitely be back!

A perfect stay at Stay

What can I say everything and I mean every was exceptional. We were met by Sam when we arrive she is an amazing host. Took us into the apartment which is stunning so well appointed everything you could need. The welcome pack (plus extras) that Sam had there for us was just perfect. We were so grateful. The apartment was just a short walk to the tram stop which gives access to Blackpool Tower all the piers along with Fleetwood Ferry in the other direction. We purchased a weeks ticket for the tram and it was well worth the money. There are some really nice restaurants close by 5-10 min walk I would recommend Orthellos a beautiful Greek restaurant and also Terra Nostra and amazing Italian restaurant. Once again thanks to Sam for making our stay so perfect.

A perfect weekend away.

It's an ideal situated,fully equipped,clean,modern and comfy apartment. Tram stop nearby for a trip into Blackpool centre. The complimentary treats as well as basic essentials was a very nice and generous touch. This is one of the better places we have stayed and will definitely be booking again. Thank you 😊

Very well maintained modern interior which was spotlessly clean. Complimentary treats were provided on arrival as well as some basic essentials. Communication from the hosts was good. It is well situated for getting the tram into the centre. The illuminations could be seen from the balcony. Would highly recommend.

We had a fab, luxury stay, in a beautiful sea view apartment with a balcony.

Our host Sam was lovely and had left lots of different complimentary drinks etc for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was fab, the trams run every 12mins and the tram stop is right outside. The balcony let us sit outside to admire the sea view when the sun was out. There are also a lot of restaurants close by (5 min walk). It was definitely a luxury stay, we will definitely be back.
