All the comforts from home to home which makes a fabulous self catering accommodation Large Living room area & large kitchen on entering the property two bedrooms with own bathrooms & utility room down a short flight of stairs Small decking area with seating Free onsite parking Tram stop just across the road Bus stop outside Shops & take aways just around the corner Pub next door Very swift & easy check in Would definitely stay again if was to return to Blackpool

Great place great value

Great location, owners in contact before stay with bed preferences do second room which was great . Very clean , we didn’t use anything during stay but there was everything you could need in kitchen , bonus of allocated parking space . will definitely stay again

We visited early January, but the bedroom was too warm, even with the heating turned off. Also, the TV's in the bedroom were unable to get a signal, so only really useful for DVD's

Still nice but needs some adjustments

We’ve been coming here for many years and we love the layout and the lounge and downstairs configuration. Decor is nice. Location perfect. Heating good.

Starting to lose its panache a little. Facilities in kitchen poor e.g no sieve, measuring jug, soap or cleaning spray. Also the shower head in front bedroom is filthy with black slime. That has really made me question the level of cleaning.

Big let down with bathroom

The location is good.stright across from tarm stop. It's next door to pub but no noise. It as privet parking. The one bedroom apartment we was in as 1 room with kitchen table and TV with 2 seater sofa. 1 bedroom with toilet leading off it . You have go down stairs out side to get to it. Kitchen was clean and so was bedroom. Small but ok

The shower room was our only issue. We did not go in it . It needs replacing. Mold on tiles in corners on shower curtain. shower head needs new one .this was the only let down just need new bathroom just not fit to shower in. You can tell cleaners have tried but needs replacing. If you have mobility issues the stairs down to apartment are steep.

Truly luxurious apartment, superbly equipped, perfect location for us at the end of the tableau illuminations with a tram stop 100 metres from the front door, so a complete light show when we went to the town centre. Fleetwood market was good going the other way on the tram. Can recommend the tower ballroom afternoon tea, even got to dance a twist on the famous dance floor.

Only fault was the toilet stopped flushing in the second bedroom, but that could happen anywhere. All other facilities worked without any problems. The staff said that they could not get a plumber before Monday morning, as we phoned late Friday afternoon that was reasonable.

Both bedrooms were great sizes and very comfortable beds. Shame we didn’t stay in the property longer as we were attending an event, but for the short time we did stay, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Everything was so accessible, check in and out. Great communication and cleanliness of the room. Parking was perfect.

The apartment was very cold there was no heatingon, we had to sleep with hoodies on and there wasnt enough toilet roll for the 4 of us

Ok for a budget stay

Location was excellent. The property was spacious. Parking was superb. The outdoor space was handy.

The property was not very clean and downstairs was really quite smelly. The main en suite bathroom was mouldy and requires better ventilation. The kitchen was great but could have been better equipped for cooking. If it had been clean and less smelly our score would have been perfect.

Sunset apartment

Apartment was excellent, exceptionally clean with everything you needed in the kitchen. We like to be slightly out of the town so the location was exactly what we wanted. There is a pub close by that serves food and shops near by for anything else. Tram stop was just across the road. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great stay

Great Stay

Great location and handy for the tram into Blackpool and lots of amenities within a few minutes walk. Stayed in Sandpiper Suite and perfect for the 2 of us. There apartment had everything we needed as well as free allocated parking.

We had an issue with tĥe rear gate rattling in the wind onour first nigtt but this was dealt with the following day. The mattress needs replacing as it was quite lumpy. Reported and maintenance will look into this.

The location was perfectly situated for us and our holiday needs. The apartment was absolutely immaculate and couldn't have been better equipped. Staff are absolutely amazing and the communication between host and customer was un rivalled. Everything faultless will definitely be staying again. Wonderful spot.

What a great apartment we stayed in the champagne suite. Very spacious lots of room, everything we needed and more. Bed cosy, quiet apartment,great seaviews. Parking space was great. Tram stop right across the road. We went with my parents who also had a great time. Easy communication with house manager. Great instructions on how to access our apartment. Loved the guest information folder. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Would definitely stay again. Great price and value for money. Was like a home from home.

Not 5 star, good location. Property needs work

The location was very good and the beds very comfortable. It was relatively quiet. Kitchen reasonably stocked

The apartment itself was in my opinion, okay. It was moderately equipped. Several things we came across that just could have been better. Cleanliness - thick dust on lamp, grills and fans. Hair from previous occupants on sofa and large crumbs half swept under sofa General wear and tear - Most of the windows did not function well and either could not be opened or were very difficult to shut! Bathroom -ok. Toilet clean. Shower again ok, soap dispenser left with minimal soap. Be warned water is scalding hot. TVs - limited tv in lounge. Master bedroom did not turn on, assume this was remote issue but didn't watch much tv. Child tried to watch tv in her room, picture was dreadful due to tv itself not reception. Couple of other things to note - photos are a bit misleading. Luxury photo to draw you in. Multiple rooms on site. If in the penthouse, and you get a windy day, it howls through the apartment. Didn't bother us, we like it on the colder side. There is a pub next door, some noise in the morning from barrels being moved around. Didn't see any staff, therefore can't comment

A fabulous stay and a bit of luxury.

Just two miles from the Tower which was a nice walk. Communication with the owner, Zoe, was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable and also has a washer and dishwasher! I will be booking again on my next trip to Blackpool x

Lovely location on the outskirts of town.

The property was lovely. Great location for us. Well equiped and spotlessly clean. We did have an issue with the heating and it was a very cold and rainy day. We contacted the manager who was very helpful and within an hour or so had arrived with heaters and as we had gone to meet friends it was very cozy and warm on our return.

Fabulous apartment with sea view

I had an amazing stay at The Beach House, Luxury Apartments! Parking was easy, and access to the apartment was straightforward using a code door and a keysafe, making check-in hassle-free. The views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and more, which was a great bonus. Location is fabulous, tram stop just across the road and shops/pubs next-door. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Sandpiper Suite suited us perfectly.

Perfect location for us as I was attending an event at the Norbreck. I am a bit fussy about accommodation, but this felt good to me. Tram stop right outside, and cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything was so easy, good communication for checking in and depending. Would have liked a recycling bin, but im guessing that would be down to the council. We plan on going again, and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

Chill out in a well maintained environment.

Clean, uplifting ambiance and well decorated. Located close to walkway on the beach, tram station/ food options. Designated parking space. All machines worked- TV, remote, lamps, clean kettle, chandelier had all the lamps in place, dishwasher.

The apartment building was relatively nice. Next to a noisy pub but bedrooms are at the back so that wasn't a problem. I'd take tin foil/ Cling film if you're planning on cooking or doing packed lunches etc. It was the first time that I've stayed somewhere and there wasn't a complimentary pint of milk but there was milk portions left and there is a sainsbury around the corner. I'm sure in the height of summer the balcony is great to see the sunset unfortunately it was windy during our stay so we weren't able to make the most of it. All in all it was comfortable and a good distance away from Blackpool centre so fairly quiet. We used the trams.

A pleasant apartment right on the sea front.

The property faces the prom at Bispham and has a lovely view of the sea. The open plan living room, diner/ kitchen was adequate (there were 4 adults in our party). The apartment was comfortable, clean and pleasantly decorated and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. The starter pack provided was a nice gesture. Also the bathroom was a reasonable size and the shower was good and towels were clean and soft.

Unfortunately the second bedroom was small and did not have a great deal of storage. It was very warm and humid during our visit and we had to sleep with the bedroom window and door open to allow the air to circulate. Our luggage had to be stored in the bigger bedroom as there was nowhere to put it. To be honest, the second bedroom would be more suitable for a single adult or child. Parking at the property is limited and we were given permission to park our second car in spaces at the back of the property. However, we found plenty of space along the street to park, with no restrictions, where our car was in view. Finally, we were surprised that there were no recycling facilities. We separated all our rubbish into black bags in the apartment and on our last day carried it to the bin area at the back of the property where there was only one bin provided for everything !!
