Fantastic apartment.

Spacious apartment with great modern facilities and sea views in an excellent location. Bispham has a village feel loads of cafes and restaurants also the apartment is right opposite the tram stop for getting quickly into the thick of the livelier part of the Blackpool strip.

Not much parking. When booking make sure you accept the offer of a parking space. We didn't (doh!) and had to drive around the block a few times on arrival.

A Memorable Stay

Its was super luxurious and felt posh, in view of the beach and the air was great. The conservatory area we had was truly relaxing specially when you turned on the blue light and opened the doors to the rooftop garden, i just ended up calling it the blue room. We had some issues but was quickly resolved and concerns were met with kindness. A truly lovely stay.

We felt like the apartment was being left to slowly degrade, like a beautiful diamond being left on the sidewalk. Flat 10 floor 3 needs more love please!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and communicated extremely well, both over the phone and through messages. Receiving the door code after paying the deposit made access to the apartment easy and stress-free. The apartment itself was very spacious and had all the essential amenities. Everything was clean, and the bedding and towels smelled fresh and pleasant. Although we didn’t have a beach-facing view, this didn’t affect our stay at all. Excellent value for money — we would definitely return again.

The toilet flush was on its way to being a problem could do with fixing it.

Well furnished. Lots of towels. Friendly staff.

Had almost 75mins delay before they could let me in and was standing in the freezing cold. This was because they had a WiFi issue. Same WiFi issue persisted for two days.

Luxurious / spacious / everything you need on the door stop including a tram stop & Bus stop

The apartment was huge! Beautiful sea view, there was a lift to all floors and everything you need for a stay. It was very warm! We turned the radiators down, the bathroom is equipped with shampoo conditioner & shower gel. Even milk in the fridge! Definitely will return!

Disgusting dirty would never stay again

Nice lay out

When we arrived the toilet had pee stains on the toilet as you lift the seat up. The bath was dirty, window sill in bedroom was damp black and dirty. The wood over the bed was full of dust. The freezer was that frozen the drawers wouldn’t open.

Absolutely everything. Location next to tram stop ideal. Quiet, comfortable home from home. Modern, spacious, and clean. Communication with management was excellent.

Granada queen apartments are great

The flat was perfect for my daughter and wife. They told me it was perfect for a midweek break and they would stay again.

There wasnt much to dislike. They had sea views and everything they could need.

The apartment was spacious & clean with an amazing view. It had everything we needed and more. Its location is perfect- away from the crowds but with lots of amenities nearby.

Apartment very nice lift broken all the time I was there leaving me stuck in room

Self catering the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Shops and supermarkets close by

The lift was out of order when I arrived and stayed that way for four days or until I left the property I had to climb three flights of steps to the apartment not good for me as I have arthritis, and a disability walking affecting my balance and knees, it spoilt my holiday as I wasn’t able to get about because of the pain I never saw a receptionist I rang the number I had been given the lady apologised and asked me to ring if I needed any help lifting things I chose this holiday because it said it had a lift to all floors was not offered a accessible room so spent most of my holiday in the room I paid a lot of money for the few days I was here. Really disappointed and upset

Great little weekend away with my little family , my 3 year old daughter loved having a beach, amusements and ice cream

Great location, clean spacious, was told about work going on with scaffolding and blocked views however it was not disruptive or inconvenient. Also the management when above and beyond to make the stay for my wife’s birthday special by assisting me in getting packages and gifts delivered to the apartment. Thank you management .

Best view in Blackpool

Amazing sea views! The apartment is in the 3rd floor (with lift) and you can look over the Irish Sea. It is quite far from the town centre but the tram is just in front of the building. I like the restaurants around the corner and it is very good when you arrive late. They have smart locks and they have even a 24 hotline if you have a problem at night.

Disappointing

No heating and it was cold some nights. Jacuzzi bath broken in middle bedroom, tele in first bathroom broken. No washer/dryer that was advertised. Window in third bedroom would not open. We reported but no action taken. Stair carpet badly stained and not hoovered until day before we left.

The Elizabeth suite was gorgeous, the staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful. Would definately reccomend to anyone, I will be going back one day. X
