it was a really amazing stay..Loved it..Memorable place for us..big 4 room appartment
Overall it was amazing. However the only downside was we were charged parking for both our cars ..at least one car should be provided free parking.

We can’t recommend Granada apartments-queens mansion bispham enough. The apartment was beautiful, very clean even throughout the public areas. We couldn’t hear anything from neighbouring apartments. They supplied tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels and even binoculars, there’s nothing they didn’t think of, there is a lovely outdoor sitting area. There is a tram stop across the road, lovely cafe round the corner. It was a lovely home from home. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. We had a welcome message and courtesy call to ask if we needed anything. Will definitely book again. There is also parking to the rear of the property and a lift.
The only thing we can say is the rear steps are sloppy when wet.

Well furnished. Lots of towels. Friendly staff.
Had almost 75mins delay before they could let me in and was standing in the freezing cold. This was because they had a WiFi issue. Same WiFi issue persisted for two days.
