The house was amazing. Massive living room big enough for 12 people easily. Beds were super comfy and it was really nice everyone gets their own space. Kitchen was also really good for cooking with space to make food for 12 people.

Nice large family house

Plenty of space , clean , good location

The sofa bed in the living room could do with replacing it was very worn and the faux leather was rubbing off also … Sadly a week after we checked out we received an email to say a remote was missing . It was in the property on our departure and we should have had a damage deposit back but due to holidays they said there was a delay . It was all resolved in the end but just left a bitter taste and unfortunately put our family off booking again

Exceptional

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Was perfect for our holiday as the house was huge and there was 9 of us plenty of space. Near the tram stop to get into town. Very clean cant recommend enough! Great for the money.

Great place in the heart of Blackpool

This place is plenty big enough for the entire family and located ideally for Blackpool with a tram station and convenience store located very nearby and it’s minutes walk from the beach. The kids loved it and settled in very quickly for our week stay.

Would have been nice to have some more of the essentials provided in the cost to make it really good value. The 2x double room is what would traditionally be the dining room so there is no dining table at the property and family meals are a bit difficult around a breakfast bar with only 3 stools

Great location. More spacious than the pictures capture. I had to get in touch regarding some points but they came straight back to me to ammend the situation, we didn't need to take them up on the offer but it was great customer service.

Didn’t want to come home!

gorgeous property! very clean and the beds were so comfortable! plenty big enough for 10 of us! we had a fantastic stay!

The only negative we had was that none of the tv’s had live channels! it was all streaming through Amazon or Netflix but as a family we like to watch Saturday night tv/ catch up on the news ect ect! but this was the ONLY thing!!!

Fantastic place to stay, quiet street but within easy reach of seafront and tram stop. House was great for a group of friends but would also suit a large family or two smaller families. Comfortable beds and clean throughout.

Its a little bit further out from the town, but its perfect with a family with lots of cars, as there is on street parking available. Its a lovely house. Home away from home for the kids and they all had a brilliant time

Amazing stay!

Close to the beach, local convenice store, local supermarket about 5minute drive away. Friendly neighbours. Crazy amounts of space in the house with more than enough space for more people and we had 12 people in there already including 9 children. Had everything we needed (apart from a tin opener). There is nothing we would change about our stay and if we had another group trip to Blackpool I would definitely look into staying here again if available at the time we wanted it for (just get a 3day tram ticket instead as werent aware of this). Parking was spot on, had no issues with parking even when we went out in the cars and returned. There was 2 bathrooms and and additional toilet downstairs so handy for the kids. Definitely recommend this for groups of people who were looking to look for somewhere to stay.

Didn't realise just how long the walk was back home with the kids so kept getting the tram but nothing that we couldn't sort out between us whilst there but was abit far out to go back and forth for everyone. Lock box for the key was jammed on arrival so waited for someone to turn up to help us resolve situation but they arrived in less than 10minutes which was great. One mattress downstairs dipped in the middle and wasn't as comfortable as other beds in there but we swapped between us as this wasn't comfortable for the whole stay. One toilet wasn't working however there was still an additional 2 toilets at the property so still had no issues with this. Nothing major that we didn't like, would definitely return at some point.

Needs a deep clean and maintenance

Where to start, the property needs a thorough deep clean, they are obviously turning the house around too quickly between stays. We had several issues, the door to the downstairs back bedroom was half hanging off and my daughter got trapped in that room as she couldn't open the door. It's clearly an ongoing issue going from the scrapes on the wooden floor. Here is the list of other issues: Skid marks in toilet on our arrival, spilt beer behind one of the beds, pubic hairs in bathroom, blood stain on the mattress, beer caps in the bedroom and under the sofa, a table knife between the cushions of the sofa, stained linen, dusty cobwebs in the downstairs bedroom, the seal needs replacing in the shower as it's black, broken bar stool, broken lamp, broken shower door that nearly fell off when my daughter used it. If the property were cleaned and maintained properly it would be lovely, sadly it's not and we did give feedback to both the landlord (who visited to fix the door) and the management company who sent in a cleaner the second day but still did not clean the things we pointed out. Their communication made it seem as though we were lucky we didn't get charged for the further cleaning (that still didn't clean where we'd asked) and fixing the door (that we didn't break) as we have asked for the refund the property owner had talked to us about, we have received some of this amount but been told they are already out of pocket so they not give us the promised refund for the amount that was discussed. If you fancy cleaning up after somebody else, it's your ideal spot. We left the place in a better condition than we arrived in.
