We liked the large space and the bathroom and kitchen were nice in the botanical flat. Very central to the bars and shops. Cheap enough for sharing with friends if you want a night out.
Could do with a better clean, quite dusty. Needs a paint, had ripped wallpaper and rail and light was falling of the wall in one of the bedrooms. I wouldn't take kids there with the noise, It's definitely more of a place for going out with friends, but that was what we were there for. Could do with lamp/additional light in the communal area. Sofa beds weren't comfortable.
