The location is good in terms of it being so close to the promenade, Coral Island and the tower. It has a car park a 30 second walk away which is very reasonably priced, which is another plus. The size of the apartment was good also, and felt very comfortable in terms of space for 3 of us. It's easy to use the door codes to access, and there's basic things in the kitchen like sugar, salt, oil, washing up liquid which was handy. The TV is a good size with lots of options for channels and services, and the sofa is very comfortable, it's handy to have a table to eat from also. Overall we didn't hear much noise from the rest of the apartments which was positive.

I was really disappointed in the apartment, if I'm honest. The area is quite rough, with lots of people shouting in the early hours of the morning waking us up. We saw a few alcoholics loitering around outside at all hours. The photos are not the same as the reality - there's lots of paint chipping off the windowsills, and the walls are stained and dirty. The bathroom was very dirty, the grouting was discoloured, the floor was grimey, and the toilet bowl was dirty. The bathroom sink seemed to be somewhat blocked, so it took forever for the water to go down, which meant there was lots of bits left in the sink. The shower was similar. The beds were very uncomfortable, the sofa bed mattress you could feel every spring and the main bed, the bottom part seemed to be broken. The washing machine didn't work, the power button looked like it had been jammed in. I did report this, but the only response I had was this would be reported to maintenance. That doesn't fix the fact we couldn't wash our swimsuits/towels, which were wet. The crockery and cutlery were filthy, and so I washed everything up before we could use any of it. There was only one small toilet roll left for a family of 3 for 3 days, and no kitchen roll, or tea towel for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet roll on the 2nd day and went and bought these items ourselves. The entrance to the building was also dirty with chips and wrappers left there for 2 days. It's a shame as it could be really lovely, but it definitely needs some TLC.
