Had a lovely stay. Very central to everything. Parking space is handy

The property was spacious and had everything we needed. The en-suites were small but adequate. Not far from the Tower. Central position with car parking. I just about fit a minibus in the space.

Being nearly opposite a house blatantly selling drugs. Unfortunately that is everywhere in Blackpool you can even scan QR codes on lampposts if you require drugs!

Short trip to Blackpool with family for darts and pleasure beach

Kitchen was well equipped, also parking was good, staff responded quickly to questions and they let us keep the place a little longer on the final day so we could pop into town before heading off…

The street the house is located on is very rough, the house opposite looks like some kind of hostel with a lot of stuff scattered around the streets, didn’t feel very safe walking back late at night, some of the bedrooms are small so it’s catering more for a large group vs a family, bathrooms are also small and basic. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families

Great large family house close to the Towers ameny

Close to all amenities, clean, roomy and well equipped house. Owner was very hospitable. Two free parking spaces at the front of the property and dog friendly. Would definitely return. Thanks ☺️

Lovely stay, great location

Good space for socialising, great to have a kitchen. Easy check in and great communication from the hosts. Fresh Milk and tea/coffee provided is nice. Free parking makes a big difference, but space is tight so car hangs over onto pavement. Good facilities that made it easy, lots thought of such as bin bags, tea towels and cleaning sprays, kitchen roll, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Blankets on the sofas was a nice touch. The kids loved the piano, but you may want to strangle them! 5 mins walk to Coral Island, positioned just at the top of Charnley Road. 10 minutes walk to the tower. Perfect location for many attractions and shops.

One of the sofas in particular has seen better days, I am sure a guest has just chucked themselves down on it but it had given up in the middle! It’s a big property to clean, but it could do with a good deep clean. Nothing that affected our stay at all, just a bit grubby around the edges mainly. Beds and towels all perfectly clean. We had lovely weather but no outside area to take advantage of, just a small bare yard with a few seats, enough for the smokers I would imagine.

Blackpool stay with kiddos

The location is very good, 10min walk behind the tower, excellent location for central blackpool. Everything you need for a great stay even a dishwasher.

It was so cold in 2 rooms, didn’t matter much as we weren’t using all of the rooms anyway.

A very nice stay - apart from a mattress problem.

I liked the property layout, the kitchen, the dining room, and the sitting room. The decoration was very tastefully done. There are plenty of bathroom facilities. The location was also perfect for our needs. It is our second stay at this property, and we will stay again.

The bed in the second double bedroom, was in a corner, a bit difficult for getting in and out of. Unfortunately, the mattress sloped towards the floor, on the right-hand side and it felt like I would fall out of bed onto the floor, which wasn't ideal. I didn't sleep very well because of this. A firm-edged mattress {not a foam one} would be better.

Relaxing, Fun and Memories made to last a lifetime!

We have had the BEST weekend as a family making lots of memories to last a lifetime, a lovely relaxing environment for all 3 generations. Everyone had a great nights sleep too! The location was excellent and made it easy for us to get around and see as much of Blackpool as possible. The communication from the host was great as holiday home owners ourselves they made us fell so welcome, without ever meeting them in person and replies to messages were always very quick. We look forward to returning again at some point in the future.

Nice two night stay in great location close to seafront.

Location was fantastic. Size of the property was good too with added bonus of included parking facility. no additional charges to bring along the dogs. Bed linen was of good quality and was clean and soft.

Downstairs wasn’t as clean as it could have been. surfaces were dusty and dirty particularity around the windows ledges etc. Small sinks behind toilets in en suite bathrooms weren’t very appropriate and suited only to hand washing.

Location was ideal to walk into main town area, property was spacious and modern. The host communication was welcoming and timely. Beds were comfy and tower can be seen from main bedroom too :)
