Perfect family weekend away

The property was the perfect size for a family weekend away. Clean and tidy and in the perfect location. The host was so accommodating with our needs and his efficiency with communication was great. We could not fault it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again…. Thanks Andy

The house was in a good central location, very comfortable, really clean. Fabulous that there was so many little things left such as tea, coffee, tea towels, cleaning products, kitchen roll. All things you normally have to take when self catering.

A lovely property shame about the disgusting welcome host

The house was a great size for two families totalling 9 people. Spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Very uncomfortable beds. Tons of Cleaning products in a low cupboard and a massive hazard for children. But the main dissapointment of this property was the absalute disgusting attitude of the man that met us to let us in the property, after I rang several times finally got hold of the said man who informed me that there was an error in my number so he was unable to contact me. He then went on to demand an extra deposit of £240 because my number had been wrong. ( My number did have an incorrect digit, which had probably been done by one of the children as it was fine the week before) When i pointed out he could have emailed, he said nobody uses email anymore. Quite frankly, he upset both me and the other female present and also several of the children. This man, whom I think maybe called Alan, is a disgusting person who obviously needs some lessons in customer service, then perhaps he wouldn't ruin peoples holidays before they have even started.

Great space for large group

Great space for large group of people, clean and well decorated and resourced. Easy walking distance to the Winter Gardens and town centre.

I personally found the single beds a bit too narrow but the rest of my party managed fine.

Could be cleaner. Lots of room, good location

The seating in the kitchen and tv is a nice area for a large group The showers are powerfull and clean the lounge was uncluttered and spacious

When we arrived there was a smell of cigarette smoke or damp in the lounge . One of the bathroom door handles was loose and kept falling off so you couldn’t close the bathroom door. The bath in the en-suite was nice but not working. No cushions for the outside area . Only one serving dish
