Very clean and tidy
Not being told that there was a leak in the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom and a bucket was collecting water

The house was massive and there were plenty of Bedrooms and bathrooms, which as a group off 10 was perfect!
House was very well Equipped and had all the 'must haves' and was super clean! We enjoyed the reclining sofas and having enough room in the living room to sit us all comfortably.
Great idea to have a spare key in the kitchen and welcomed the use of the Dishwasher.
Location was a nice quiet street and easily accessible to the main Blackpool prom in a short Taxi ride or even a walk to the Tram.
Lack of a full length mirror and a mirror in the 1st floor bathroom would be helpful.
Small bedrooms get quite warm at night at the radiator is behind the headboard its not so easy to turn them down.
A little bit of TLC needed (paint the ceiling outside the games room door)
Overall great value for money, great space and had a great stay!
