Where do I even start? Communication was excellent from the beginning. Every message was answered quickly, and when I had a small issue with the access codes, it was sorted immediately. We were a large family of 13 people 7 adults and 6 children and booked both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. In my 23 years of visiting Blackpool, this is honestly the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning. Everything was immaculate the layout, decor, colour combinations, bedrooms and living areas. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the pillows genuinely felt like sleeping on clouds. The bathrooms had everything we needed, including toiletries, which was such a lovely touch. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else we needed. Everything looked almost brand new. The sofas, cushions, blankets and beautiful feature walls were amazing, and the gorgeous fragrance throughout the apartments made them feel even more luxurious and welcoming. I honestly couldn't find a single fault. Highly, highly recommended! You can book this place with your eyes closed you will not be disappointed. We loved every minute of our stay and are already planning to come back again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

Nothing everything was perfect

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect the facilities were also outstanding. Hosts were excellent and easy to contact. And we would definitely stay there again. The accommodation is also big enough for 6 people.

Communication Design Cleanliness

WiFi was not as strong, and neither was our mobile Internet. I think this is more to do with black pools' mobile signal connection due to the sea being so close.
