The house was perfect, very spacious and had everything we could need/want for our long weekend stay. We had an issue with the kettle and straight away a new one was dropped off. Found it very easy to get in touch with Sasco for anything we needed (late checkout). The bath is huge and really deep which we loved and the shower was a brilliant size and very powerful! We also loved the use of washing machine and tumble dryer it meant we didn’t bring any dirty washing home with us!

The only complaint we have that isn’t even really a complaint maybe just an observation is the single beds and bunk beds in the double room are very very squeaky, one little movement is all it takes and the noise is quite loud. Other than that everything else was great!

Poor condition overall of the accomodation Stained furnishings - appeared to be body fluids Strange /Foul smell hanging over the entire property, noted as soon as entered the property Inadequate number of toilet rolls for the number of guests in the house and using the toilet Dust to most surfaces and to cables to lamp standards etc TV stands Strange smell of cat pee in the porch and in the far corner of the lounge where bedding stored for sofa beds Freezer shelves X3 frosted up to the point that the internal doors did not shut but flapped around making it hard to shut the freezer State of disrepair of the shower unit, plastic door seal peeling back and flapping. The shower base had debris and spoilage noted that could not be cleaned properly as the seal was coming away from the door No non slip mat for shower, you need to consider potential age of all guests using the premise Bath panel broken and cracked Rusting tap dripping rusty water into bath General stage of cleanliness of the fridge was poor with staining on the rubber seal of the door, debris seen in seal also The sofa beds in the lounge need to be replaced as they have become flat and worn and are very uncomfortable to sit on The premise could do with a bit of TLC Having stayed in a number of booking com premises this has got to be one of the less attractive and enticing accomodations I have used.

The matterass I slept in needs replacing. they was only 1 key between all of us.

Apartment was lovely and clean and fresh

House was very nice, if I was being critical there wasn't handsoap in both bathrooms. And even though they asked for all dishes to be washed there was hardly a drop of fairy. My one complaint is though the street where the house is, is horrific boarded up windows cars lying with wheels off them etc. I wouldn't want to stay here with a very fancy car as it would look so out of place I would be scared of it being broken into.

The property was clean,good size bedrooms

The property was clean,and spacious but the beds are very very disappointing, the mattress is too soft, we could not sleep in the double beds,you sink into the bed so is very difficult to have two people sleeping in it. We did not have a good sleep

Really close and convenient for enjoying what Blackpool has to offer. Well looked after and a really good price. Great and quick communication between Sasco and myself. Would recommend to anyone coming to Blackpool.

Smell of damp in main corridor. Beds creaking easily/ not particularly comfy. sofa bed not comfy and only having one shower for a group of people (no lock on the door also.
