It was a good place to stay for our event but some small changes could make it even better.

Flats were big and well equipped

Maintenance is very lacking with a lot of things loose or damaged. Also basement kitchen and living room was freezing!

Overall we had a lovely time and will recommend the property to other guest.

The property was very clean and close to shops, we walked to the shops and didn’t need to take bus or taxi when we went shopping.

The internet was very poor in the sitting room and in everywhere on the basement floor where we were staying most of the time. We had to go upstairs to the rooms to get good internet connections and this was a bit frustrating as it was meant to be a family holiday for bonding but most activities we were supposed to do using the internet connection was not possible. Also it was written on the inventory book that there is extra towels and bed linens but we could not find them and when we rang the office to ask about them, we were told that they don’t provide extra towels and beddings, it’s only the ones they provided when we got there that we will get for the duration of our stay. Another dislike is that there is no free parking, I expected that for the amount we paid, we should have been provided with free parking, instead we were directed to park in a nearby car park for a fee.

Celebration in Blackpool

Wonderful location,easy to find easy to access. Clean tidy and comfortable. With lots of room for socialising in the large, well equipped lounge. Bedrooms large, and each had its own tv. Heating good .Could actually see the tower lit up from one of the bedrooms .Very quiet at night.

The lack of mirrors, a full-length mirror would have been useful when several people were getting ready for a glamorous night out on the town and also mirrors in some of the bathrooms missing.. An observation a complaint.

Clean, comfortable and a fantastic location.

Very clean, comfortable and exactly what we look for when travelling to Blackpool for the weekend. Everyone was very helpful and friendly too. They even gave us a free late checkout due to one of the TV’s not working.

The only thing missing was mirrors. There was only one big mirror in the bathroom but no full length and none anywhere else. This did mean we had to go and buy some little ones. But overall, it didn’t affect our stay really.

Great location. We were attending a conference at the winter gardens which was a 2 minute walk. Absolutely perfect. Accommodation was clean and spacious with a great communal area.

It was a little warm with us sharing rooms, especially downstairs but overall it met our needs perfectly. An extra bathroom (we had 2 for 10 of us) would have been an asset, and some more tea & coffee too but that’s being picky.

Loved our time in Blackpool and our appartment was perfect for our needs.

Spacious property that was nice and warm, with comfy communal living room and kitchen. Hot showers that could accommodate someone who is 6ft 5 too. It was really well located for The Winter Gardens so perfect for a weekend convention.

Overall it was great but the large bathroom was always very cold because of how big it was with tile floor.

Highly recommended

The location was perfect, literally 2 minute walk from our stage at The Winter Gardens. Nice bathroom, multiple toilets, great kitchen , with wine cooler, great lounge area with a huge sofa and ample dining space. We were all very pleased with everything and will definitely book again.

We would definitely return as great property in great location, but would account for extra warmth next time.

The property was great all round, lovely, clean and modern, all amenities you could think of were available, albeit mirror in each bedroom would have been beneficial particularly as we had 4 teenage girls getting ready for a cheer comp at the winter gardens, sharing the bathroom and hallway mirror!

Very, very cold in the top living area. The radiators didn’t work although I did call out of hours about this and was informed that due to it being a Saturday evening would be unlikely to get anyone out.

Fabulous apartment, great location

The apartment was fantastic. Well equipped with lovely bedrooms and a fabulous living/kitchen area upstairs. Great location for Winter Gardens where we were dancing for the weekend

The only thing it lacked was mirrors. One big mirror at the top of the stairs but none in the bedrooms.

Lovely, quiet, clean, easy and modern.

Lovely 4 bedrooms flat was perfect for mine and in-laws family for a night (9 of us). Comfortable, clean (which is a massive thing for my sensory anxious child),modern and spacious. Would stay again. A later check out without a fee would be nice considering the cost.

The downstairs door was left unlocked and upon viewing outside there was rubbish all over the drive at the back including animal carcasses. They really need to do something with the outside refuse situation.

We stayed for work. We were working in Wintergardens so only a 2 minute walk. Everything was great.

A mirror in each bedroom would be great. Nowhere to dry hair with a plug and a mirror.
