Good location and well presented property

The location was absolutely perfect for pleasure beach and the water park. Hot tub was clean and well kept, only thing was it was very hot and couldn’t turn down temperature.

There were a few issues with the property which was discussed with owner and he said they would be dealt with.

Great stay will definitely be back.

Very spacious, over 3 levels, 3 showers, 4 toilets, a bath, big rooms, plenty of beds, and wardrobe space, everything you need was provided and Tom the host is very welcoming and helpful. Had no problems at all during the stay and Tom contacted us after booking to confirm everything and let us know how we would be checking in and to see if we needed anything further like cots and things

Only thing I could say would be a washing machine would be a great addition and maybe a retractable cover for over hot tub, the hot tub at this property is great and will definitely be enjoyed.

Not the cleanest, expensive for what you get.

Location was OK, about 15 minute walk from pleasure beach. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Property is very tired looking. Wallpaper hanging from walls and generally looks run down. Not cleaned to a very high standard. Hot tub had sand in it, not well cleaned from previous visit. No instructions for hot tub and set to 40 degrees (a little hot for children) with no option to change. Communication from hosts was poor after check-in. Overall, very disappointed in standard considering how much it costs.

Hot tub was great to just chill out. Weather was great too which made the whole week.

Was all good. Had everything we needed. Shower door in one room needs fixing but wasn't an issue as just used main shower.

Amazing!

The house is a generous size, its spacious in all of the rooms. I travelled with 5 children and my partner. The WiFi is excellent, even up in the attic room. Beds are all really comfy and all the rooms were well presented. Host was always available and helpful through WhatsApp with instant replies. The house was so good to come back to after a day out in Blackpool its quiet and homely. The complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk was very kind and we all enjoyed it. Thanks!

Just what we ordered!

Spacious, nicely furnished, clean, great location, plenty of parking. We stayed as a group of family and friends for 2 nights. Everyone felt the same that it was a great find. Would definitely stay again.

A fantastic stay!!

We really enjoyed our time in this home. The house was beautiful and spacious for our group of 8 adults, 3 kids and 3 dogs. We loved the big dining hall that allowed us to eat and play games together. The hot tub was a nice touch. Each bedroom perfectly accomodated couples and those with children, offering a comfy sleep. The host was great to liaise with, very lovely and communicative.

Blackpools amusement park isn't exactly the nicest of places. The rain just makes it more grim. However the house granted us a little getaway for this big group of ours.

The house was beautiful! Was very large and spacious and the hot tub was also a great feature aswell. Every room was decorated beautifully, me and my family had an amazing 2 nights here!!

Nice stay but needs to be updated in some areas.

Location was fine and tram was not too far from the property. Bedding and towels were very clean. Very spacious in all the rooms. When we had issues with hot tub, I text the owner and he came straight out to repair.

Bathrooms were dated and some of the tiles were unkept and not working. Top shower did leak and came through the ceiling, so unable to use after the 1st night. All the shower rooms and Bathroom needs updated as some taps not working, plugs missing, some showers were dripping all the time. Cupboards in Kitchen was a little dirty. When the Party arrived, we had the TV on 14 and I was receiving messages, voicemails until 11pm to keep the noise down, we were only talking and laughing and due to this, sensore were going off. Hot tub was not allowed after 10pm or you will recieve a fine.

Amazing

Everything about the house was excellent, the location was very close to the pleasure beach and swimming which gave our older kids more freedom. Everything we planned to do was close enough we didn’t have to take the car, apart from the Zoo, which was only a short drive away. The street is free parking so although we check out early we still made full use of the day before travelling home. The house itself was beautiful and very clean, the rooms were well decorated and very spacious. Towels were also provided for the hot tub and showers which were a bonus as it saved a lot of space in the car. This house was big enough to give everyone their own space, we travelled with another family and we certainly weren’t tripping over anyone. There are 3 showers which again allowed everyone to get ready in ample of time, we didn’t have to queue for a shower. The kitchen had everything needed for a larger group and the welcome pack came in handy as we forgot teabags! Overall the house was amazing and we will definitely be coming back!!

Family get together .

The location was good for us .Only a short walk to the Pleasure Beach train station and a good selection of shops .Also not too far to the nearest tram stop .The road is residential so its very quiet .The house was fabulous , tastefully decorated and everything you could need in a self catering accommodation. Complimentary toiletries and tea sugar coffee when we arrived was a bonus .The hot tub was amazing and so relaxing and the beds were comfortable .

Maybe bigger towels or bath robes for the hot tub. Also we realized there were no sockets near the mirrors in the bedrooms on the first floor .

Great big family house

Wow, where do I start, me and my family and my sister and her family all stayed at this incredible house for a quick getaway, total of 4 adults and 5 kids. The house is massive over three floors, the master suite at the top was perfect for me and my husband, it felt like we was in a hotel suite with its own bathroom and dressing area. my sister loved her room too with its own en-suite, all the kids shared the big family room and pink room. The hot tub was great for the kids and the outdoor bar for us adults. literally a 3 minute walk to the pleasure beach and promenade, perfect location, Tom our host was also great and always on call via WhatsApp. we’ve already re-booked to come back for half term.
