Nice clean and comfortable

The apartment was just fine everything you needed. Had a slight problem but it turned out to be due to a power cut. The owner was contactable and explained everything.

We left early due to the substandard apartment experience.

The host was responsive the beds and bedding were clean.

The host said they check to make sure everthing is working in the apartment when that was clearly not the case. The carpet is very clearly not clean and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The kitchen did not have any cooking utensils. I bought an egg turner. There was no blow dryer in the apartment. One of the heaters in one of rooms did not work and we had to have an electrician in to fix it. Much of furniture was broken in the apartment and fire alarms were not connected. This was a very disappointing booking.

We really had an amazing time in this property. The staff was very attentive and sorted any issues promptly.

Good but could have been better.

It was close enough to the centre of Blackpool but not in an area with a lot of noise which was good.

We arrived and one of the fire alarms were bleeping as if battery needed changed we changed the battery and the battery in the machine was from 2019 so it’s clearly not being changed and checked regularly which is against fire safety regulations. We changed battery and it was still beeping so it is clearly faulty meant two of our party couldn’t have a proper sleep as it was in one of the bedrooms. There are two showers but if one’s running the other one is freezing cold. There are a lot of dirty marks on walls etc place could really be a lot cleaner than it is and could do with a repaint. There was a random jacket lying behind the couch so it’s not being cleaned properly enough to find stuff like that. the wardrobe in the room we slept in was falling apart. The room in the loft has no main light which was a nightmare. None of the tv’s were connected to the internet so for as smart as they were it was pointless. I think our stay was good, and this company has some lovely apartments but this one maybe just needs a little refurbish and some love. Not sure if it’s stated anywhere but there is a camera outside the property and on the inside of the property at the front door which id like to have known before arriving.

It was a perfect accommodation in a great location.

Perfect location. The Sasco team was helpful and answered any questions promptly and professionally.

It was a perfect storm for a Blackpool weekend. Temps and sunshine that rivalled the Spanish Islands, a football match and and air show, complete with the Red Arrows. Oh yeah, they also had the Christmas lights on. Parking was hard but not within the control of Sasco.

The place was clean and near shops. The staff was helpful as well because we triggered the smoke alarm as we fried the chicken instead of just putting it in the oven.

The oven was not working. We were supposed to cook our dinner in the oven, then we just improvised by frying them. It was okay but just a bit of extra work instead of cooking a whole chicken in the oven (but since it was not working) we need to chop it into smaller pieces to fry it.

Booked with the girls, perfect for our hen do. 5 min walk from town centre. Also purchased the hen party package and it was great. Sasco were very accomodating with our last min early check in & late check out requests

I booked this for my contracters doing some work in the town. Very spacious. Good value for money with the 4 bedrooms, will continue to use this for our accomodation for the foreseeable. Staff were great too

Disappointed in quality compared to cost

Location generally ok

Shower not working main bathroom No bathroom lock En suite sink blocked with hair Carpet a complete mess with stretch and rips Floorboards very uneven causing a trip hazard To note email sent after we arrived on the Saturday and then a further email sent on the Monday to which the reply we less than helpful as we were leaving on the Tuesday morning. 1 teaspoon for whole apartment when advertised being suitable for 8 of us. CCTV on inside of apartment door could live with it on exterior but inside is invasion of privacy Dining table not fixed to legs easily fall on a small child 3 out of 5 tv remote battery’s were dead

nothing much it wasn’t clean on arrival sofa bed isnt suitable to sleep on it was broken and from previous reviews this seems to be a long term thing. The skirting is thick with dust stains up the walls ripped carpets dirty sink and glasses ….we went out and purchased disposable glasses to avoid having to drink from them ….owners appeared helpful until after we left and have now just blanked us we paid over £1000 for 3 nights which ironically included a cleaning fee to pay what appears to be a blind cleaner she even managed to kiss the sick stains up the wall and the bit in the corner of the stairs ….avoid at all costs they just try claiming wear and tear but it’s honestly filthy have lots of pics to prove this. the area is also terrible and the people in the property next door watch you constantly coming in and out if you do stay here as a group of girls stuck together. we ended up cleaning up ourselves to. better standard. check in is also a nightmare

A great location and a very spacious property. Very nice bedrooms and hot showers. very good WIFI

No hand rails up the stairs. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was apparent as soon as you got into the living room/kitchen. Lots of holes in the walls, carpet torn which was trip issues. Heating not working in the bathroom, Lamps not working, no locks on toilet doors. Sofa bed broken, very uncomfortable to sit on, the list goes on.
